Canvas Art Rocks Bewertungen

Faulty item customer service don't answer, tried to cancel order within timeframe, customer service don't answer, now i have to pay for returning their faulty awful item, crap - don't buy from here

The space themed canvas’ we’re not as expected the colours were not strong the plants just dumped onto the canvas. I did return and got a full refund in a timely manner and customer services were helpful all done by email

Item not sent, paid for it, they ignore all messages - bank and trading standards contacted, do not give this company your money

Haven’t received my purchase over two weeks already

Canvas is good quality. Hinges not good , put on crooked . Really bad considering the price !

When i Recieved my order the print had come away from the framework so I sent an email to the company with a couple of photos. Recieved letters of apology and a week later recieved a new picture which was in tip top condition.

Fantastic service provided, beautiful prints supplied with prompt, safe delivery, very well packaged. Easy website to navigate too. Happy to use again. Delighted with my order. Thanks

Incredible assistance received from Rhena Butad.

Lovely pictures. Will be ordering more soon.

Fantastic product. Arrives super quick and safely packaged. Would recommend!

Been waiting 2 weeks for my canvas, got sent back with no explanation, sent many emails with no reply, company is a joke ! Robbing #####!

Great service
Very responsive to queries
Very pleased with our canvas wall art

Although it was late being sent out, the team dealt with it quickly, so pleased with my dancing cats 🐱

Was a great service love the pictures and more affordable than other sites

First class service and superb packaging

My order was completed and delivered quickly.

Colour of print completely different from original image.
Image was disappointingly fuzzy as well. Not a crisp image at all.
In their defence, they did refund without any quibbles, just had to pay for return postage.

Customer service second to none.
Item was missed by mistake and not sent for next day delivery. However the team were quick to refund me without even asking and arrange for it asap.
Mistakes happen but it’s how you deal with them.
I was also given a £20 site credit to apologise. Can’t ask for more than that.

Easy to make my selection and place order. Wanted a large, mounted, colourful poster for our newly installed shower room. Chose Van Gogh "The Terrece Cafe at Midnight" and it is perfect! Colours are bright and outstanding in our white room. Delivery was prompt, beautifully packaged and I am one very pleased customer. Will certainly order from here again when required. ***** recommendation.
