I really enjoyed taking this assignment. I can see how you can take someone’s answers and determine what their strengths and weaknesses are fairly accurately. The only thing I would do differently is change the middle response that says you don’t agree or disagree to have a place where you can elaborate on why you don’t agree or disagree because there’s a reason for you to choose that answer. Doing that you as an employer have a greater way of determining the cause for the answer and get a better understanding to why the person taking the assignment feels that way. That will give you a better idea of how their mind works and how they would handle different situations and Scenario's.

I just enjoyed the whole experience so I took my time to go through loved it!

What made My Experience So Great, was really The question They were Asking me I Feel As if I will Be Getting Feed Back On my application And You All will be receiving a New Team Member.

Very interesting test, very thought provoking. Pushed me to determine how much of a leader I can be and how independently I like to work.

My experience was great, as the module of the questionnaire was easy to navigate. The company is helping people to become more aware of their work setting, regardless of their fields of interest. Also, be sure to search for an environment that is conducive to excellent productivity and carries a positive vibe. The questionnaire was awesome and made me think, stimulating my brain while getting results. Try it!

Interesting to review a personal assessment of skills

Everything was in order didn’t take long to fill out

It was fine. When it started to feel repetitive; It Seems like a curveball would try to sneak by.
For example. A certain question asked a few times just worded slightly different. Then comes a question completely different and requires the reader( me) to understand the question and may require redirecting my thinking.

Finding out my strength according to your assessment. I never considered myself a persuasive person but more of an inclusive person. Seldom did I think I might not fit in as well as those who I encountered. I felt comfortable in thinking I was welcomed as well as others who I was meeting for the first time. Customers, I approach in the same fashion. Meeting people for the first time is crucial to get the sale or project started. Any apprehension or lack of professionalism can be devastating to moving forward with the sale, Your first impression is critical. I believe the same holds true in a working environment as it is the goal of the project that is important. In my mind, differences in personalities and thoughts give diverse ideas and input when completing the task at hand. This especially holds true when a problem arises that wasn't anticipated or requires having to move in a different direction. Most of the time we have our responsibilities in regard to our job. However, this changes when working with others in achieving success. The questions made me think about how I need to be cognizant of how I conduct myself when I am performing specific functions and what I have learned and done learned throughout my working life. So I leave with this, I is a part of them, they, we and us.

Most detailed assessment yet. Extremely encouraging in self awareness and response. Being given the final result as a core discription of strengths and aptitudes was definitely unexpected and extremely worth IT. Even seeing what you are needing to work on and the suggestions to support it.

This was great feed back concerning myself and my next job. Which I hope is with you. But if not with whomever I work for.

I absolutely enjoyed the line of questions. I looked forward to the outcome of the assessment to read the advice and the categories where I fall completely under ex: (stress management etc.) and the ones, not so much. The constructive criticism was great and areas I will continue to work on.

Having a degree in psychology & looking for a new job; I have found myself online and taking several different types of aptitude or intelligence or generally basic spacial awareness tests even - it was nice to get a little feedback. Have not taken a personality test in 30 years.
