The questions were relative to determining an individual's adaptability to work with others.

I understand and agree with why the questionnaire asked those specific questions in the matter they were asked as far as figuring out the personality type of the applicant. I thought it was a very smart and useful way in determining what candidate would be the best fit for this position.

I consider this review to be useful by giving me another perspective on personality traits that are useful and those that require a bit of work. Thanks Wayfair and Cangrade! I guess you truly did have just what I needed!😊

I very much enjoyed this assessment. It made me think and it made me answer questions that I would probably have not been comfortable answering in the past, but I answered them as truthfully, and accurately as I could. At the end, I got to see where my strengths were and where I need to improve, and I really appreciate that because not a lot of people will ever tell you that.

I really enjoyed the personality assessment and am in complete agreement with my trait of being Emotionally Intelligent. This is extremely important in any situation, business, personal, social...knowing when and how to react to various personalities and mitigate situations that might arise in working with others and keeping the attitudes and environment positive.

The questions were expansive in interrogating one's personality and characteristics. Helps one to look deeper to see and understand who they really are, and how they may be impacting.

I found the assessment questions very interesting

It's targeting positive mind frames with strategizing the mind and pretty much getting in town with people they're hiring through malfunctioning

I like structure and aim of questions

It is interesting that you use the same techniques by using different words to convey the same response with a time restraint it was had to remember my previous responses. That was an interesting testing technique.

I like the fact that at the end of this assessment, I received some feedback regarding how the prospective employer would perceive me as a candidate and I found the conclusions to be accurate.

I enjoyed this job assessment. It was clear and to the point.

I admit at first glance I thought 180 questions was strange however as I continued on I noticed similar statemens being revised with subtle rewording which has me saying to myself "this must be a way of determining if someone is answering truthfully or just answering with what they believe sounds best" all said it was a fun exercise in how I started out compared to how I finished once I realized that.

This helped me to solidify what my family, co-workers say about me. Thanks also for the advice

The were pretty straight forward ,and I like how the assessment hit my characteristics on the nose. It's pretty cool to see how the questions were able to accurately interpret my traits. I wouldn't change anything I think your system is working just fine.
