We apologize for you getting the feedback request prior to receiving the order. On the product page on our website, this product was indicated it would take 3 weeks to deliver as it was on backorder. Normally we deliver orders within 2-5 days. However since we knew this product would take 3 weeks to deliver, we indicated on our website that this would be the case. It must not have been prominent enough to notice and we'll try and fix that so others don't have the same issue.

My order arrived quickly and complete. The only problem I had was that my order confirmation and tracking number did not state that my order would come in two packages. I emailed and receive updated tracking info within an hour even though it was late at night. I rate this company as having great service.

Great service and prices
Chris bent over backwards to send my BA Copper Spur UL2 the same day i purchased it. He also upgraded the shipping to two day priority and did not charge me for it. By accident he sent a second tent and promptly sent me a return label and I sent it back to him. Communication and service was excellent. I will gladly buy from this company again. This is my kid of company. Not a big box operation and great attention to detail.
