Personal attention, great customer service
I ordered a lightweight sleeping pad for a trip and it turned out to be out of stock. The Campman owner was fast to respond to my email and to present options. Two days later I had an upgraded pad, just in time for my trip to the Grand Canyon. This kind of attention and personal care was something I wouldn't have found anywhere else. Thanks again!

We're sorry the package got lost in the mail. We shipped the same day you ordered and unfortunately the post office lost the package. We never received an email regarding the problem or we would have fixed it immediately. We will dispatch another pack to fix the problem.
