Poorly designed, abysmal customer service
Poorly designed, low quality door with very low standard customer service. Unfortunately I have to turn sideways to walk through one side of our storm doors as they have made them so narrow (our previous doors that they replaced were much wider so it wasn’t a space issue). The doors were installed and we had to wait over 3 months for the letter box to be installed so had just a hole in the back of the door which looked awful. It was also made far too small to be practical unlike our previous one. Not only did we not receive an apology or even some type of acknowledgment that the 3 month time scale was excessive, the woman at customer service was downright rude. I would personally never touch this company again and would advise anyone else not to.
