The delivery was not done as per the dates. It took 2 weeks to reach the person to whom it was adressed. Poor communication.

Our customers are our priority and we want to offer a good service. We noticed that the courier tried to deliver 3 times, but the recipient wasn't available at these times. Unfortunately the drivers can't contact the recipient by phone and if there is a change of address to be done then this will cause additional delay in delivery. We again apologies for the inconvenience caused.
