These people run a terrible business. I ordered a new baby boy flower arrangement. They sent a small vase of a few PINK flowers. The advertised bouquet was yellow with flowers that were fresh. My son said,”I hope you didn’t pay for these?” Terrible customer service. Offered to refund half but never did. I don’t know where all of these reviews came from but I had a horrible experience. I have pictures but don’t see anywhere to post them here.

The order was not delivered to hospital before check out, and I would have preferred an option to cancel, but was rudely pushed into a home delivery of a sub-par arrangement.

The delivery person delivered to the wrong person and confirmed with me the recipient received the flowers, when they did not. The flowers were ultimately delivered the next day and were much smaller than the photo I selected.

I ordered 2 items. One made it to the room the other did not. I called customer service and there was NO answer. I left a message and never got a return call. I sent an email and was basically told that it was delivered and there was nothing you could do about it. That was NOT a helpful response. The flowers were FINALLY located.

Customer service was great, but the delivered arrangement looked nothing like what was ordered. The recipient was still pleased with the gift, but as the buyer I was disappointed.

My mother in law never received her gift for Mother’s Day despite me ordering almost a week in advance. Called multiple times for updates my issue was never addressed order was never received by my family member.

too rough! no communication regarding order being worked or confirmed deliver . tried calling multiple times times no one answers , had multiple emails sent , after back & forth was then advised to contact local shop. then told items i ordered they don’t have but would put something together . so i have no idea what the patient got , if it totaled what i paid . i placed order on a monday , patient didn’t get until the day patient was discharged .
thursday !! not in a timely manner !! never again will i use this service

The flowers were not delivered as promised, and when they did deliver them, they were wilted, and some of them looked dead. I would not use the service again or advise anybody else to. The quality of the flowers for the amount of money I paid was not good.
