Overall the end result was great

Overall the end result was great, but did take a lot of follow up from myself to get the desired result ie on time delivery.
If not for that issue, I would have given 5 stars.

No contact or tracking number

Ordered few things mid March, after two weeks of no notification started to worry, send few emails 0 reply, no information on the website about shipping nothing, then suddenly beginning of May I get email that parcel is on a way, the thing is I managed to sell my place and move out of the country so yeah never received it.

EDIT: Was able to locate the parcel and had it redirected to my new place. What I was most upset about is no tracking information available whatsoever and not knowing IF it was sent and where was it. Also trying to contact by email was unsuccessful it all makes you think something is sus about the whole thing.

If the website mentoned over two months wait time I WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED anything.

Hi Monika, you placed your order in March and we sent it out 5 days later, it has been sitting in a depot for a few weeks hence why they re direct again in May . The parcel has been signed for, Sorry but we can control courier delays/issues

Hopeless company, never again!!!

Hopeless company, chased and chased them about my order, it's now been OVER 1 month and it's still not been delivered, I call them, they say they will call back and they never do!! I'll never use this company again!!

Worst experience ever

Don't be scammed by this website. Order placed on 28th March, no update for a week, then I started chats and calls. Each time I was promised either a tracking number in the next 5 minutes or express delivery within two days, or an update shortly. I requested cancellation and refund without any response. I have lodged a dispute with my bank.

Nice website but it seems that's all it is. Not sure if they are actually trying to sell stuff or just take your money and don't intend to do anything else. Promises and lies is all i got. With the help of Fair Trading i eventually got my money back after about 3 months (not reachable via phone, only via the chat on their website if you are lucky and then it's promises only)

find some other supplier, don't waste your time on Cabel Pro

I am also sending this in addition to my partners review. As we were both effected.
This is hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had. I placed an order on March 24th and as of today, the item still hasn’t even shipped. I’ve received nothing but lies and excuses from this company.

They’ve claimed:

“The courier didn’t pick it up”
“It’ll ship tomorrow”
“We’re just waiting on tracking”
Every message is a different excuse, and none of them ever lead to any action. Weeks have passed, and still no item, no tracking, no accountability.

I’ve requested a full refund, but – big surprise – no response. They’ve taken my money and delivered absolutely nothing.

This company is either grossly incompetent or deliberately dishonest. Either way, do not waste your time or money.

Save yourself the stress – spend a little more with a reputable business. This one is an absolute scam.

Avoid at all costs.

Hi Kate as per my reply to Jordan, you placed your order and we emailed you the details for the courier pick up . It wasn’t picked up that friday and we booked another courier after your confirmation for a pick up on the Monday . Monday you requested a refund at approx 9.50 am and we issued the refund at 11am via eft which was received straight away

Poor service, buyer beware

Multiple emails were sent requesting my order to be fulfilled. The same response every time, we will send it tomorrow… it took 6 weeks, 9 emails and 2 requests for a refund before my order was eventually processed. I will never recommend or deal with this seller ever again. Buyer beware.

I ordered 5 wifi access points on 13/1/25 costing approx $1700 total, I have contacted the company via live chat and email at least 8 times, tried via phone over a dozen times with no answer, I have received misleading answers when they have bothered replying i.e. your order is scheduled to ship this afternoon, that is to be shipped from supplier etc. Still nothing up until 24/3/25. Do not go near this company, he is either running a side hustle business that he mis-manages or he is a straight out crook.

Scammed by CablePro

I am yet another CablePro customer that has been scammed. I ordered cable on the 14th February and gave them plenty of time to cut the cable as per their terms. I asked for an order update by email and got no reply. Asked via chat and they said it would be shipped the next day and a tracking number provided. No order was sent. Called several times and the phone is never answered. Contacted again by email and they said they would sort this out and either provide a tracking number or refund the order. Nothing has been done. You either get no reply or continual lies. This is a total scam of $338.92. I gave them every chance to settle this honourably. I am reporting this to the ACCC and ReportCyber now. I would encourage all scammed customer to do the same until they are stopped from doing this.
EDIT: cablepro have refunded my payment but only after I left reviews sharing my experience. I have no idea why they don't just ship the products they sell? They would have a good business.

I recently placed an online order

I recently placed an online order, but my experience was marred by poor communication. Despite multiple attempts to inquire about the status, I was consistently ignored for three months. When I finally spoke with the owner, James, I expected an update, but he failed to follow through on his promises. Subsequent attempts to contact him were met with unapologetic indifference.

While I initially suspected a scam, it appears that the business is simply poorly managed. The lack of accountability and customer care is concerning. Potential customers should be cautious when dealing with this business.

4 months later, no product, no refund, just BS

Waiting for an answer three months after placing order

Do not go near them. Absolutely crooked. The owner has been told by Fair Trading NSW to refund orders taken without providing anything. I've gotten nothing but BS, no refund and no product.

The website is well presented, and the seller offers cut lengths. It looks legit from the outside. Don't be fooled.

I ordered on 8/1/25. In response to enquiry, they advised on 20/1/25 that the order would be dispatched on 28/1/25.

Final update on 19/3/25. To get Fair Trading of their back, they sent an email claiming they were about to refund - that was three weeks ago.

April 6th - after involving Fair Trading NSW, I've had 6 emails from CablePro promising the refund will be paid the next day! This guy just goes around and around. If you see a new cable business online, definitely do some background checking, because this guy's had other business names before -for example, the owner of CablePro claims on Linkedin to be the director of directcables.com.au

Mark , sorry for this experience , we emailed you multiple times for your bank details but you would only provide you payid which we advised we could refund that way. Once you eventually gave the details it was done at the same time and received and per your confirmation. Again I apologise for this experience with us

Don’t bother!

Do not buy from this mob! You will not receive your items and all you will get is excuses. Read up on other reviews and you will see similar. Take your business elsewhere!

Cable Pro is Scam Pro

They should change trading name to Scam Pro, total disgrace. I reported this to all relevant authorities inc bank, Police, ACC and Department of Fair Trading. Take money and never ship the order and not refunding back for 4 months.

Horrendous service

Ordered a part 19 Nov24 order#47634
Have tried chasing it up over 9 times.
Don't answer their phone.
Don't reply to emails
They have called back 3 times
I've been told 3 times over phone, by someone that they will chase it up immediately.
Horrendous service, either they are going bust or they're just a scam.
I'm in debt only $27.90. I would advise strongly not to use them.
Have not given a consignment number to me
