Scam Website – Avoid at All Costs
I placed an order for a cable back on October 24th, 2024. It’s now mid-July 2025, and I still haven’t received anything—just excuse after excuse. No tracking was ever provided. After multiple phone calls and emails, they claimed they’d resend the order and give tracking info, but—surprise—nothing. Now they’ve completely ghosted me and won’t respond at all. This site is a total scam. They take your money and disappear. I really wish I’d read the other reviews before ordering.

Sent what I wanted - no muss no fuss

Please don't waste your time with cablepro. Everything stated in all the other reviews is 100% true.

I just wasted 5 weeks of my life trying to deal with these guys. Massive delays with delivering and a nightmare trying to get my refund. Constant lies.

Ended up getting all the items from BITSmart and delivered within 2 days.

Regret not reading reviews on cablepro before hand.

Order #51724 – placed on June 30. I chose pickup.
It’s been over 2 weeks, still nothing. No update, no reply, no refund.

I’ve sent emails, but no one gets back to me.
This is unacceptable. I’m asking for a refund now. If not, I’ll report to ACCC

Order eventually arrived but it took a few weeks and my phone and email follow up request were not answered. With all the negative reviews online and my own experience its hard to answer if I would use them again.

Quality products and quick delivery

Bought a product that was priced well and included other items that I can use with the product.

Slow to post (had to be contacted). Did not return communication. Did not supply what I ordered.

This is a scam website and must be shut down. I placed an order on this site and the delivery was mentioned in 4-5 business day. Even after 2 weeks and multiple tries to contact, they did not ship, and later said they will ship it the next day and gave me the shipment tracking number. 1 week past that date, the parcel was still not collected and when contacted, the shipping company said the pickup was unsuccessful from the cablepro end. I again tried to contact them, but they never replied. Ultimately, I had to contact my bank to dispute that credit card transaction and sent all the proofs of communication and then they reverted the funds on my credit card.

I have been in business for over 50 years and I have never come across this type of stealing.
In March 2025 I ordered 100meter 3ph cable on line from Cable-Pro website entered my credit card details. Email arrived the next day with an acceptance of the order. After one week nothing, I called by phone and the person on the other side told me I should get it in days. Waited still nothing, two weeks later I send an email to cancel the order. Email came back that the order was canceled. Send email to get my money reversed as I saw on the bank statement that the money was taken but no refund. Email returned telling me that the transaction would be reversed. Still nothing calling by phone goes to an answering service and they do not return the call.
Went to my bank to get the charge reversed. Now it was May 2025 My money was reversed by the bank. Expecting this to be the end of the problem. Today Mid July an email from the Card center of my bank stating that the reversal is disputed. The merchant bank Square claims that I gave permission for the transaction. This is correct however I never received the goods. Now it is in the hands of the merchants if they will agree with me or not. Do not come near this company they are thieves.
Look at all the reviews they are mostly BAD!

2 weeks and no order was received. I messaged the company via online chat and asked for a cancellation and refund. The only reply I received was that I’d get an email reply and nothing came.
I had to source the cable elsewhere.
I have opened a dispute with my bank. The product arrived 4 weeks after ordering…..

Order was ready very quickly. The product was very competitively priced. Very satisfied customer

June 11 2025 finally refunded 137 DAYS latter

13 email reminders and multiple facebook messages on their business page , and negative review reminders ...

SCAM!!!! They owe me a $215 refund after almost a month since ordering and zero communication from their end. Not even one email since the order confirmation. Hopeless business owners who can’t process a refund for goods they cannot supply. Do not order!!!!

Paid for cable from this company, they never sent it and will not reply to phone calls or email . This company is a scam, I don’t know why they have not been prosecuted and closed down .

Order 51102 - Order placed February 17th.

Do not waste your time & money purchasing from Cablepro. One of two products arrived with absolutely zero communication about the item not delivered. Chased for months, only to be be told that they couldn't get a response from their supplier. Was offered a credit, now chasing the credit. Order from anywhere else that stock the product you need, the absolute worst customer service experience of my life.

Update - Advised a credit would be issued on May 16th, it's now May 26th, still no credit for the item not supplied. What should have been a 5 business day delivery on product has turned into an over 3 month saga!! Have been told it will happen today, but have been told that almost every day for the last week. Website looks legit, but this seems to be a one man band operation, the phone is never answered, emails barely responded to, can only communicate by online chat. It extremely frustrating!

Update - 3rd June - still don’t have my money back. Total crooks.

Final update - 5th of June - money finally transferred by Osko payment today. Will never order anything from this so called business ever again!
