I recently ordered 3 Ready To Assemble wall cabinets in the Winchester Copper color. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in good shape. They are a pretty color.

But quality assurance did not do its job. See section below on shelves.

When I went to assemble these, I had expected to find useful and informative assembly instructions in each box, or at least a URL where the written instructions existed. That was not the case. There is however a video on their website showing how to assemble them. The video should take a minute to tell people that the sides need to be placed in a certain way in order to leave a slot in the rear for the back panel attachment.

I am hopeful that the instructions are accurate as I would have expected to use wood glue to hold the plywood backing to the sides and top and bottom in addition to stapling the back to its adjacent sides.
The cabinets were easy to put together and are quite stable.

The next step was to install the cabinets. While I was able to find multiple sites that provided guidance on doing this, I would have appreciated if CabinetsBay had provided instructions on its website.

The cabinets are up.

However, every single shelf is an 1/8” too long to fit in the cabinets on top of the shelf holder brackets. I had to trim an 1/8 inch off each shelf - and as these are plywood with maple veneer, the cut end now shows the exposed plywood. If I didn’t have a table saw, I would be in deep trouble.

The company and product could have easily earned a 5 star rating from me if they had checked the length of the shelves to ensure they would fit! And if they would have provided a little bit more helpful documentation.

Cabinets arrived way faster than expected. Packing was extremely good and everything arrived in perfect condition. Quality is excellent and the finish is beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

There was an issue with some samples that I ordered but their customer service is outstanding and got me taken care of in a flash. Waaaay better service than I expected. Good stuff.

Blah-blah-blah. I did respond to your company, via private email. Our carpenter wasn't scheduled until after the cheap cabinets were delivered. Our carpenter was scheduled for the week of August 22, 2022. Yes, I did send you pictures of the front of the cabinets (via private email), immediately after receiving the order. However, this doesn't change the fact that the cabinets are put together incorrectly --crooked cabinets that do not line up with each other, teeny tiny screws that do not hold up the drawers, cheap plastic corners to hold the cabinets together (which half are drilled in wrong), etc. Provide decent cabinets and you will receive decent reviews. P.S. I have plenty of photographs to prove my review and complaints. Would you like for me to post them online for everyone to see?

These cabinets are the most useless cabinets, ever. The drawers are falling apart -- they are put together with teeny tiny screws and they were improperly put together. My carpenter tried fixing them, with some success. The cabinets have flimsy plastic holding up the shelves. I wouldn't put anything on those shelves -- the shelves will come crashing down on you. The back of the base cabinets are (approximately) 1/5" cheap plywood. Hah! Try butting that up to the wall, properly. There are chips and cracks and screws that are popping out. My husband and I threw away the cabinets and will write it off as a loss. WE WENT TO HOME DEPOT AND PAID, SLIGHTLY MORE, AND INSTALLED FANTASTIC CABINETS.

I was excited to find a kitchen cabinet company that seemed to have good reviews. However, the base cabinets bases are incorrectly put together. The base bottom pedestal should be white. However, the person(s) who put the cabinets together put the base pedestals backwards -- 2 of the base bottom pedestals are showing "plywood." The kitchen sink base cabinet is showing the proper white pedestal. If the cabinets were put together properly, I would have given "Cabinets Bay" a 4-5 star review.

the cabinets were surprisingly of good quality. they were heavy and well made where it counted. the drawer closing mechanisms were of a good quality.

We had a great experience. Order came quickly and the delivery carrier was friendly. Quality cabinets at a reasonable price! Did not include directions, but we figured it out. We will order from here again.

The cabinets are wonderful, sturdy, well made. The soft close has worked with no issues.

Decided on adding some more cabinets in our kitchen after a year. Went right online and ordered the same model and color. It came super fast and no problems at all.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Even though the shop was shut down for a bit because of Covid19, we had good communications about my kitchen project. Everything arrived on time and in good shape.

We purchased RTA cabinets, and the quality is advertised. I'm sure these they will last us for years to come. We love the soft close doors.

The best part of our experience involved customer service. In advance of our purchase, we had terrific support through email that addressed all of our questions in a prompt and helpful manner. And we had lots of questions, probably sending 15 emails or more before pulling the trigger. We are very pleased with Cabinets Bay.
