Avoid purchasing online from this company . I ordered my buggy travel system through them in early June , which at the time was in stock online . I then was sent a small part of the order (car seat , adapters , etc) but no pram/stroller . When I emailed a few weeks later I was told “As previously mentioned” cybex were having extreme production delays . This was the first time this information was brought to me , they never informed me of this prior nor was it advertised when I ordered . I spent 10 weeks chasing this company for updates , to only receive long winded emails blaming cybex and that they “hoped” to be able to provide more info on an expected delivery date soon . In that entire time , this “date” was getting dragged out and dragged out , they had no definite answers or dates in all this time . I can not understand why I was able to order online at the time , it was not out of stock or available to pre order , it was in stock and took my money when they did not have the goods , or any idea when they were getting them in for an entire 10 weeks . I explained my baby is due so soon and I needed a refund as they couldn’t provide me with a date , that it seemed to be misleading/false advertisement on their behalf , they’re “reassurance” was telling me they were hoping to have it within “wiggle room” of my due date and they were adamant on the phone when I tried to cancel the order that I was getting my system NOWHERE else in the country as they’re all “in the same boat with the manufacturer” . I also received an email from them telling me “at least you have your car seat” , as this is “all I need to take my baby home” . I simply could not believe these wildly unprofessional and infuriating responses after weeks of delays . I expressed over and over both on the phone and by email that all I wanted and needed was my refund at this point , which they kept completely ignoring , they offered me loaner buggy’s , mix match systems they had in their warehouse and even shop displays . After 10 and a half weeks , this was their solution to my request for a refund after chasing them for updates and waiting . They continued with the long winded emails taking zero responsibility for the issue and the staff had a serious attitude problem on the phone . They simply would not accept their wrongs or acknowledge any of my concerns , having a dragged out smart reply to every single concern/call/ email I sent . I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional. They caused me serious undue stress while heavily pregnant . I eventually got an email from the “owner” of bygge bo to resolve the issue . When I addressed my concerns over her staffs attitude problems and horrendous customer service skills I was again met with challenging emails , instead of accepting their faults as a business , she was telling me what SHE thought her staff meant when they made some of their unprofessional remarks in the emails . I had adressed several times the severe undue stress they caused me . I had adressed several times that I never agreed to wait a long time , let alone over 10 weeks .I eventually got a partial refund which the owner was calling a “full refund” , as they would not take the car seat back for safety policy reasons , even though it was completely unopened and in the box how it arrived to me . She refused the FULL refund despite the fact that they sent only part of my order , which I was not at fault for . I took the partial refund because the stress it was causing me to continue dealing with them was not worth it . But honestly if you can save yourself the stress absolutely do , order from the reputable big names . After dealing with bygge bo I read into the reviews and could relate to almost all of the 1 star/poor reviews . It seems I am not the only one who had an awful experience with customer service . I thankfully was also able to order the same system and collect it 4 days later in a reputable shop, the same system bygge bo assured me on the phone I would have so much trouble sourcing if I cancelled my order with them . AVOID , AVOID , AVOID .
