I recently used BusCom for a trip from Dusseldorf to Gelsenkirchen and back during the Euros, and the experience was outstanding. We booked Buscom's services for 2 busses for our wedding. While for us the website and the company's new-ish date of incorporation was a bit shady at first, they had the best price.

Communication was always great and super quick! The drivers were there on time and everything was smooth.

We used Buscom service last May and the service by Edgars was great! He was very helpful and very responsive when needed.

We arranged a few trips for our group in Marseille and they were very happy with them. The driver was super nice and helpful. Very good service.

Communication with Yohann and Edgars at Buscom was quick and friendly. All of my emails were returned promptly along with follow up from them. The drivers Buscom provided were kind, punctual, and cooperative. We were caught in the Lufthansa strikes in March 2024 and had flights canceled with the need to get 25 students between cities in Europe. I reached out to Yohann and Edgars and IMMEDIATELY had a quote for services to drive us from Prague to Krakow. All details were completed with minutes. I couldn't believe the service. Drivers arrived early to pick us up in Prague and checked with us throughout the long drive to see where we needed breaks and even researched restaurants for us to stop and get food en route. Without hesitation, Buscom exceeded my expectations.

I found the company on internet and sent a request for my company event (100 participants - 3 days - Several buses needed to bring participant to different activities/restaurant). Buscom replied quickly, my contact was very professional and efficient.
