We recently used Buscom for a group trip across Spain, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

Volker and his wife were absolutely lovely and we had a super fun day with them! Our hotel in Trier turned out to be unreachable by bus, so we had to freestyle a bit at the end to get our wine purchases to the hotel. But this worked out fine in the end, as it was only a short walk.

Really good customer service from the team and I appreciated their follow-ups after each transfer to check that everything was okay. Buscom.info got our school of 48 students and 7 teachers from Bremerhaven down to Switzerland, across to Avignon, from there to Barcelona and finally to a remote location in Andalucia. It was really helpful being able to organise this all with just one provider rather than dealing with different companies for each location. The drivers didn't all speak English, which was sometimes a challenge, but they were all friendly and helpful, adapting to our needs as they arose or changed.
