disappointing customer service
I purchased 5 kilo tubs of smooth pistachio butter using a Bulk discount code. This brought the kg tubs down to 25 euro a tub so 125 total. All 5 tubs contained bone-hard shell fragments that were an absolute hazard and made them completely unusable and actually dangerous as my sister nearly cracked a tooth.
Bulk issued a refund but I was told that I could not repurchase at the original price paid. As the product is now full price, replacing this defective product will cost me double. I was really disappointed with the quality of customer service and the response to what was clearly a serious quality control issue. I think that giving me a replacement discount code would have been the bare minimum tbh. I should also mention hat they did not respond to my emails for quite some time and I had to continually follow up.
