It is vitamin C powder and it is right stuff for beating a flu. C is the only thing that will kill a virus — you have to take it for a few days (maybe longer, I don’t know — but I do know someone with very poor health who beat Covid by taking it every day for a month up to bowel tolerance which in her case was 35 g per day)

The best whey protein in terms of flavor that I've ever tried. This time I got the caramel chocolate flavor, but I didn't like it that much, but the chocolate and coconut one is the best, really good. Good value and free delivery for orders over 49 Euros. However, delivery was slow this time. On previous occasions when I've ordered, the tracking information has been accurate. This time, the tracking wasn't updated after the first day and it looked like my order was stuck somewhere in the Netherlands. My order arrived two days after the date originally advised.
