1 st delivery was amazing. Sscomd time I ordererd , i only had half the delivery. had to call Jewson to see what happen. they explianed , you should of been told. jewson said they will delivery a different size order. overall great prices. just after care needs sorting

I ordered some garden paving slabs.But there was no one at home when delivered. They are arranged neatly, but the quantity is short . The AI assistant on the website has not been able to solve the problem, because the AI assistant always said that the order number in the purchase confirmation email could not be found. Finally, transferred to the online manual service, I was told that it was out of stock and gave the expected delivery time.

Update on 2July, I still waiting for my delivery.

Placed order on line, very easy and very clear information on site regards delivery etc.
Driver came from Travis Perkins with my stone. Dave was amazing. Very helpful and put my ton sacks where I needed them. The tracking app allowed me to be on site and know where they were arriving. Very good service and good price.

Initial delivery date changed and the delivery arrived pretty much last minute on the revised date when the delivery depot is about 5 mins from the delivery location. Price of product was fine though.
