Can't recommend enough!
Really helpful service, so easy to choose and order. Fantastic packaging, so different from my last experience with another company, which was a poor container and terrible service. She's super lively and inquisitive and in great condition, even the flys came in a fantastic package and we're ready to go. Absolutely will be using Bug Pets from now on. Really happy and cannot recommend them enough!

Great product...but
The product was just as expected and I love her and will take great care of her. However. The website is neglected somewhat. When I first made my purchase it put me throught the whole process of buying, even giving me a delivery date. This led me to waiting an entire day for it's arrival only to be told last minute that the website wasn't updated and there were shipping delays of the product. It got here in the end but I honestly think a frequently up to date store page would help this buisness out as some sections don't exist and the quantity of stock displayed is misleading. Very friendly staff though and options surrounding purchase and refund were accesible and flexible. Thank you.

I was very happy with the whole process sof ordering my beautiful new creature.
The website is easy to use, has a nice selection and delivery was prompt.
My prey mantis turned up healthy and safe in a nice warm, well packed box.
Cannot fault it, will buy from this company again without hesitation and recommend then to anyone who is looking for a creature.

Great experience
I ordered a mantis starter kit off of them, the mantis arrived healthy and is doing fantastic. Heat pack was still warm on arrival. I will be buying again soon once I feel comfortable I can take care of two mantids at once.

Starter Kit
I ordered the mantis starter kit, and I couldn’t be happier. This was my first mantis, and I was extremely pleased to see that she arrived happy, healthy, well-fed, and well-packaged. The mantis is gorgeous, friendly, and lively, and the kit is extremely high quality and was exactly what I was looking for as my first experience with these lovely animals. I will absolutely be back in the future! :)
