We tried to reach out to you by email, text, and phone call regarding the whereabouts of your spider, to which you hung up the phone after realising who we were, so we can only assume your spider did arrive with you safely as per the tracking information, and we're admittedly very puzzled as to why you left this review.

Very sorry to hear that there's been an issue with your order, however, we've checked the Royal Mail tracking information for your spider and can see that your parcel was dispatched by us on the 28th, and the parcel was both signed for and accepted on the 29th by the recipient.
We've double-checked, and the recipient's address where your parcel was signed for matches the address you entered at bugpets.co.uk as your shipping address. Royal Mail's interface shows it has been delivered and accepted by "CRAWON".
If you haven't personally received it, it might be worth asking around your household to check if someone else has collected the parcel and forgotten about it.
If you do manage to locate your parcel, we'd greatly appreciate if you would adjust your review to better reflect our services. We'll be in contact ASAP to ensure everything is okay, and the little spider is found. :)

I’ve had several spiders from them and they kept me up to date with dispatch and delivery. Informed me immediately about a tarantula ordered that was going to molt so couldn’t be dispatched. As it was the last in stock they gave me a full refund. My spiders have arrived well packaged and most importantly healthy. Highly recommended.

My little guys arrived all safe and sound and came the next day. All packed up safely so the spiders can’t be harmed while being transported. Amazing service and very happy with my new additions to my spider family
