A good soundproof blender
I heard about this Buchimix Soundproof blender from a friend and decided to give it a try. it does what it says on the box and i am quite impressed that for the power it carries it is quite silent. Looking forward to using it more for my african dishes.

Poor customer service
I accidentally clicked on order of a juicer through their shop and tried to cancel the order immediately, because i already have one of the juice, but the system wouldn’t allow me to. I contacted customer service several times over the course of a week with no response. About two weeks later, I finally received a reply apologising, admitting that UK customer service is currently poor, and saying they are working to improve it.
Shortly after, I received another email stating that cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours—despite the fact that I had contacted them immediately after placing the order. I even provided proof that I already owned the same juicer, but they still shipped the product and refused both a return and a refund.
To make matters worse, the juicer’s filter tore within just two weeks of use. I emailed them again to report this issue, but have received no response to date. The only reply I got was from the US team (whom I copied in), but they simply told me to contact the UK team—which I had already done repeatedly.
Overall, this company’s UK customer service does not align with UK consumer laws and falls far short of expectations, especially given the high cost of their products. I am still waiting for a resolution regarding the damaged filter as I write this review. Please think carefully before ordering.

I could give zero star if opportune to. I ordered a blender and juicer on the 29/7/2025 got delivered 3/8/2025 in the UK. Unfortunately I was send a broken juicer. I’ve been in contact with them via emails and after one week plus I was told to wait for atleast 8days that there UK team is having problems and they are transitioning to a new team waited till the 10th day zero update I sent another email and I was asked to wait till September 5. The customer service line I’ve been calling is pretty useless because all they keep saying is I’m in the USA and can’t do anything. So why have a business in the UK. I’m currently devastated and have so many questions.
Poor product & poor customer service…
I bought the buchymix juicer in March and stopped working in May, I contacted the customer care, they responded once and told me to do something, it didn’t work, I got back to them and they refused to respond. It’s really disappointing after all the hype about buchymix. I was going to buy the blender but I cancelled the plan immediately.
Bad customer service
Good product. Ordered for 2 items but only one was delivered. Had to deal with the customer service rep in Lekki who was very rude. No response via email and IG. They need to invest in customer care as they do in marketing with influencers. Staff need to be trained on how to speak to customers
SCAM!!!! FOOD PROCESSOR
I bought a buchymix food processor on the 17th of July. When I received it it was faulty, I reached out to customer support and had the most horrifying experience. They sent a return label and I returned it. A replacement product was sent and it still did not work. I requested for a refund and they insist I should send the send the product back to them from Canada to the US. They have refused to provide a return label or a return merchandise authorization number for the product to be returned. I won't recommend this product to my enemy. If you value your mental health, kindly stay away from buchymix. If they invest in customer support same way they invest in paying influencers to market their product, it will be worth it.

I purchased a juicer from this seller (Buchymix UK) , which turned out to be faulty on first use — tripping my power due to what appears to be an internal electrical fault. I reported the issue immediately on 04/07/2025, yet weeks later, I am still waiting for a return label and refund.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the seller has only sent vague promises and delays. This is well beyond the 30-day refund period guaranteed under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I am a repeat customer, but after this experience, I will never buy from them again. If you value after-sales service and your legal rights, think twice before purchasing anything from Buchymix. All they do is to pay influencers.

Absolutely shocking experience. I really wish I had used TRUSTPILOT reviews before I ordered.
I found a decent looking product. £160 looked a good price. I ordered it. It said shipping 5-7 days. I then heard nothing for 3 weeks.
Only then did I check Trustpilot and look at the company reviews. I found a horror story, a catalog of poor products, poor, or non-existent, customer service, and a company that calls themselves UK but are actually in Nigeria. The reviews told it all. Non delivery of orders. No response to emails. Or rude responses if they did reply. No responses to refund requests.
I emailed customer support and enquired about my order. They responded within 24 hours with “Your order will be shipped tomorrow. We apologise for the delay.” I waited a week and I received nothing more. No delivery. No emails confirming shipping or tracking. I emailed customer support again. 4 days in a row I emailed them asking for confirmation that order has been shipped or a tracking code for order. I didn’t receive a response. I waited a week more. Nothing from them. I emailed twice more asking for a refund because it was now clear it hadn’t been shipped and they weren’t responding. I didn’t receive any response to my emails. I was totally ignored.
I have now had to approach my bank and make a chargeback claim. This is going to consume another hour or two of work just to make. I need to fill the forms in at the bank and gather order details, emails etc and provide them as evidence.
I wouldn’t have had to do this if I had just taken time to read the reviews on here first. I even had to report one of the (very few positive) reviews to Trustpilot as it clearly looked like it was written by the company themselves. The majority of the reviews tell the true story. Don’t make the mistake that I did. Do yourself a big favour. Read the reviews about this company and then avoid them. I wish I had instead of this nightmare.

They know very well that it is faulty and have sold it to me. Since I received it I have not been able to turn it on. It keeps tripping my electric plug sockets.I have emailed them several times about the issue and also requested for return but no reply. They had the gut to ask me for a review!!. Honestly, I have been scammed in buying this product. My husband warned me NOT to buy but rather go for NINJA products instead, but because of the reviews from social media, especially Youtube influencers, I bought it.Bought this blender May 2025,since I bought the blender I have NOT enjoyed it one minute The blender keeps tripping off my sockets whenever I try to use it. I didnt want to continue, so it doesn't blow up my other electric gadgets. I tried contacting them through the useless email address on their site for over 2 weeks. no response, then decided to contact them on their website. I was given their Whatsapp number, contacted them and up until now. no response from their team. I just wish they could refund my money. If they had a -1 star, I would rate them. Unprofessional Insolent Customer Service
I badly needed a new blender heavy duty blender. Placed an order for the Super High Performanace Turbocrush Digital Blender - (2025 UPGRADE) on the 31st of May for delivery to Dundonald, Belfast 2 weeks later, order status still indicating as confirmed. No conmunication or update regarding dispatch.
Reached out to the customer care and they responded to my email saying my order is still being processed. I then demanded to be given a delivery timeframe and was assured my order will be with me by the end of the week. Few hours later, I received a counter email from customer service cancelling my order with the reason that "No delivery company seem to be delivering this size of package to my location".
My delivery is delayed for over 3 weeks with no update whatsoever about the reason for the delay. Not until I reach out to find out the status of my order before I'm being communicated. And then after the long wait, my order is being cancelled? If there was a problem with the shipment, why was I not communicated early on?
I am being told that "no delivery company seem to be delivering this size of package to my location". How ridiculous! Buchymix is just supposed to be shipping a blender to me, not a house!
I live with the UK and my location is accessible. I've had large sized parcels delivered to me from within and outside the UK. So much for free delivery within UK!

Bought a turbo crusher blender last year July and suddenly discovered that after each use of the small cup, a thick brown greasy substance comes out from the engine and beneath the small cup. Reaches out to the customer service team, it's like non-existence and when they finally responded, they were so dismissive and blunt asking me to purchase a replacement cup from their website . Bear in mind, the product is still under warranty. This is a total waste of money!

I purchased a Buchymix 16-in-1 food processor on February 17, 2025. Yesterday, I attempted to use it to process yam, but the unit stopped working after just a few minutes of operation. When I tried to use it again this morning, it wouldn't even turn on.
I reached out to Buchymix customer service, sharing proof of my purchase and explaining the situation. Their only response was a blunt 'This processor is not for processing yam,' with no further assistance or explanation. This response is particularly troubling because:
1. Their own social media page features videos showing this exact processor being used to process yam
2. The product manual includes no warnings against processing yam
3. They made no attempt to address the fact that the device stopped working completely
4. They provided no warranty support despite the product being less than 3 months old
Key Issues:
• Product failed within 3 months of purchase while still under warranty
• Marketing videos show yam processing while customer service claims this isn't an intended use
• No warnings about yam processing in the product manual
• Poor customer service response with no attempt to resolve the issue

I wish I read more on the reviews before buying. I was carried away by the positive reviews I saw online, obviously, it seems as if those reviews were bought. I purchased a Turbocrush Professional Plus Digital Blender At that very moment I opened the box the blender was faulty and was not powering on. It is like an empty beautiful gadget that is of no use.
I immediately reached out to them, at first they responded that they would send a return ticket for me to return them but they did not. The customer service is the worst I have seen in history. I have sent multiple messages to them via WhatsApp and email but they are not replying to them. The worst is that it shows that they read the messages in WhatsApp but they just chose not to reply. Don’t bother calling the phone number they listed on their website because it’s not connecting. My anger is that I needed a blender so badly and I just wasted my money for nothing. The positive reviews are scams, don’t fall victim.
