When will it be possible to rate without a star. This company does not deserve even a half-star rating. Customer service is negative 1000%. Like who runs a company like this? To think that I bought a blender, food processor and juicer from them. Horrid customer service! Absolutely horrid! I won't wish such experience for anyone. My juicer broke and "Ugo" in the worst possible way, says he is new and so can't help me. Like what does that even mean? Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

The BJ-150 slow juicer stopped working after only one month, but the poor customer support has been even more disappointing. When I contacted customer care by email, the response to my complaint was simply, “Try another outlet.” That was it.

After I replied that I had already tried other power outlets and the machine still was not working, they only told me to call a support number.

I tried calling that number several times, but it always went to voicemail. I eventually spoke with someone at the front desk, who asked me to send videos showing that the machine was not working. After a lot of back and forth, I made and sent several videos. He seemed satisfied that the machine was faulty and said he would get back to me by the end of the day.

Two days later, I still had not heard anything from Buchymix. When I reached out again, the front desk person told me he was not authorized to speak to me and that only the manager could respond. I was told to leave a voicemail, which I did. At this point, I honestly doubt they are interested in providing real support for their products.

I do not understand why a company’s support line would constantly lead to voicemail, especially when customers are dealing with faulty products. I am very disappointed, and I regret buying more than one product from this company.

If I can give Buchymix a minus award; I will do so.
Over a month after I returned their lousy product; I am still fighting for my refund.
I am considering taking them to a small claims court.

Repeated emails have yielded no result.
Please stay away from them.

My experience with BuchyMix has been extremely disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.
I purchased the machine in November, and by January it had already started malfunctioning. I contacted the company promptly to report the issue. Instead of resolving the problem properly or offering a replacement, they only sent parts, which did not fix the issue—in fact, the problem became worse.
When I tried to escalate this and request a return and refund, the situation became even more frustrating. BuchyMix refused to provide a return label or clear instructions and instead claimed that a chargeback had already been filed, which was not true. This was used as a reason to delay and avoid resolving the issue.
Communication has been poor throughout. Emails are ignored, and at times I was told I had contacted the wrong email address, despite using the details they provided. This created unnecessary delays and made it very difficult to get any proper response or support.
I also found it unreasonable that I was asked to clean or dismantle the machine before returning it, which could risk damaging it and potentially voiding my claim.
Despite making multiple attempts to resolve this directly and in good faith, the company failed to provide a workable solution. I have now had to escalate the matter through Affirm in order to recover my money.
Overall, this company appears far more interested in taking payment than providing proper after-sales support. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from BuchyMix.

Please when I mean don't buy from this place don't. Just today I was using the juicer that I had purchased of this website and moretime this is the first time I have used it since it had arrive ut doesn't function properly and when I find how to return it doesn't give proper instructions please STAY AWAY. I regret not looking at the comments

it is serving as intended, for me it is second to none, so far so good and i hope it continues to do the fantastic job it is known for.

Nice product, arrived on time. I first saw Buchymix product being advertised by May Yul Edochie in all her social media platform and i can say she is a very good influencer. The product is working exactly as she advertised. I am going to get more soon because of her, and the quality of the product. I am really enjoying my blender.

I have been hearing about Buchimix from my lovelies and celebrities and I said I need to have it in my home. I use Ninja though but a touch of my Nigeria brand in my home is a plus. So yes, I love it and I'm happy I bought it😍😍

I recently had an issue with my juicer where the auger and hopper became clogged during use. It was a bit frustrating at first, especially since I rely on it regularly. However, I reached out to customer service, and LILLIAN handled the situation really well.

She responded promptly and quickly by email me back and giving me a call. The new auger and hopper arrived, everything worked as expected again. Quality customer service rendered.

A good buy and excellent customer service. I ordered for two products and got it to be delivered the second day but the delivery company delivered it somewhere else. I contacted the Buchymix customer service and they got it sorted promptly. Now I am enjoying easy life with the food processor and blender. Still eager to purchase more products from the company.

Worst company I've dealt with ever, bought a juicer in December 2025 it broke down on second use in January, we've tried to reach out to them ever since through every media we know, phone,Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp but only got automated response to call a US number,send email or someone will contact us, one Lillian did contacted us once asked us to send some information which we did around mid January but till now no response again. It's really a terrible customer service .

AVOID BUCHIMIX Product,I bought a processor and less than 6months all the parts were going off, even when not seriously used , just occasionally used like that,I tried my best possible to reach out to the customer service,no way ,I sent an email several times,no response whatsoever up till now.They are scammers, People should avoid them,I have never come across a TERRIBLE Product EVER with a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 🐕‍🦺, terrible 😔.Poor Product quality,Poor customer service,poor communication.

I purchased a Buchymix food processor (Model BF50) in October 2025 under Order No: B9029X.

Less than a year later, it stopped working under normal kitchen use.
No misuse.
No abuse.
Just failure.

At first, this raised serious concerns about:
• Product durability
• Quality control
• After-sales support

My initial attempts to contact the company via:
• Email
• Website support
• WhatsApp

Got no response.

That experience was frustrating and unacceptable for a home appliance brand.

However, things changed after I was contacted by Lilian in the UK.

She personally:
• Took ownership of the issue
• Stayed in touch throughout the process
• Arranged a replacement
• Followed up until the new unit was delivered

The replacement was handled quickly and professionally.

Thanks to Lilian’s effort, the problem was resolved properly.

This experience shows:
• The product failure was disappointing
• But individual customer care can make a real difference
Without her intervention, this would have remained an unresolved case.
Customer service shouldn’t rely on luck but when it works, it should look like this.

Following my previous review on poor customer service, I would like to say that I am glad that my issue has been resolved and I now have a fully functional processor that works as intended. The support I received was amazing. My faulty processor was replaced with a new one and the agent was very nice and polite. She followed up to check my new replacement was working as intended and I was happy with the replacement. I have used the processor and must say it did not disappoint. I am loving every bit of it and hope to aquire more from their range.

This is terrible customer service. I received this blender and it arrived broken. I’ve been trying to speak to someone for three days with no response.

I want a replacement immediately. You seriously need to work on your customer service.

Customer service is very poor, they don’t respond to emails or messages. My juicer arrived tampered. I called and there was no response. I messaged and emailed. NO RESPONSE. they hype for Buchymix is overrated.
