Being a Veteran I was very pleased to hear that Bruno Independent Living Aids supported Veterans.
Everything about my Experience was excellent from deciding the model and how it would best work in my home.
The Installation Technician was excellent as well and I’m thrilled with my new stairlift that assures me of a safe trip up and down the stairs to my 2nd floor. I would highly recommend Bruno to others with the same needs.

It was installed quickly and on schedule.

The electric plug wasn’t Lon enough to reach the outlet…so a electrcal extension card was used which I didn’t think was safe and the insaller said “he wasn’t a electicion….so I’m in the process of having a electoriion come and doing it right. I thought after spending close to $5000 and being disabled I would have compete proper installation
