Been a longtime user but will cancel now unfortunately. Continual price hikes and restrictions coming into place with the introduction of EPIC and Black before that. Cheaper to buy entry to what you want to do. Next will probably be forced to listen to ads before booking a class :,(

Oslagbart utbud av träning som finns där jag rör mig nära jobb och bostad. Jag kan både gymma och träna på en massa exklusiva studios men det kostar som ett kort på större gymmen (som har sämre standard).

Grym första vecka som Bruce-medlem!
Detta var min första vecka som medlem på Bruce och jag tränade på 3 olika studios. Sjukt kul att kunna variera. Kändes väldigt VIP att ha så många olika pass och studios att träna på.
Var lite orolig för hur det skulle funka att checka in, men det var inte alls svårt. Både appen och studiosarna jag besökte har funkat riktigt bra. Ser fram emot att fortsätta testa massa olika studios framåt och försöka övertala lite vänner att gå med i Bruce så att vi kan träna tillsammans.

Very disappointed with the new changes…
Very disappointed with the new changes to the membership. I used to love Bruce and have been a customer for years but will have to cancel my membership now as I cannot really justify my membership financially anymore. Even though i would love to go to my favorite studio more then once a week I can live with Bruce's explanation to make it more equally accessible for everyone - however, that does not explain why they also raise the price (quite drastically) for a worse service. If anything, the membership should have become cheaper with this new update.

When value vanishes: Same price, far fewer benefits
I’ve been a dedicated Bruce Studios member, and it’s become painfully clear how little that loyalty means under these new rules. I’m still paying the same amount but now I’m getting noticeably less for my money.
They’ve slashed the perks I signed up for: check-in limits capped at just 20 per month, e.g. not even one session per day, and it makes no difference which membership you’re on. On top of that, the total number of studio visits per month has been cut back with no warning and no transparency.
They claim it’s all about creating a “more sustainable model,” but frankly, that rings hollow. I never had any trouble booking classes, so what’s the point of calling this an improvement? To me, it reads like a greedy cash grab disguised as corporate responsibility.
Bruce Studios went from being a valuable, flexible experience to feeling restrictive, stingy, and uncaring toward its most loyal members. If they don’t reverse these changes, I won’t hesitate to end my membership - and I sincerely hope they reconsider before they lose even more loyal users.

The limit has been introduced to create a better balance in how the service is used, so that more members can access the classes they want and our partnerships with studios remain sustainable. While you personally may not have experienced booking issues before, availability can vary depending on which studios you choose, and this change helps ensure more members can secure spots at popular classes.
The idea behind Bruce is to give you a varied training experience with the flexibility to visit different studios across different genres, depending on what type of workout you feel like that day. That’s why there are limitations per studio — we want to encourage variety, and we can never guarantee spots at specific studios since availability depends on what they’re able to provide.
Statistics show that only a small percentage of our members—around 5–8%—reach 20 check-ins in a month. For the vast majority, their training will not be affected. We hope that you’ll notice it becomes easier to find open spots and that popular classes are no longer fully booked as quickly.
We truly value your loyalty and hope this adjustment will contribute to a smoother and more accessible training experience for you and other members of the Bruce Studios network.

Tråkig utveckling
Oseriösa och giriga avtalsförändringar på bekostnad av trogna kunder. Bruce begränsar fr.o.m. 2a september alla sina kunder från att boka fler än 20 pass per månad. En begränsning som de menar är till för att göra modellen mer hållbar och balanserad(?), mellan raderna är det ganska enkelt att lista ut att de tycker deras mer aktiva användare kostar mer än de drar in, trist. Välj inte bruce om du söker ett företag med värderingen kunden först.

Vi vill dock påminna om att du i Sverige kan träna obegränsat på STC:s gym. Det innebär att det är möjligt att delta i fler än 20 pass per månad om en del av träningen förläggs till STC. Vi uppskattar dig som medlem och hoppas att detta alternativ gör det möjligt för dig att fortsätta träna utan att känna dig begränsad hos oss.

Disappointed by recent changes - not worth it anymore
I’ve been enjoying Bruce Studios for nearly a year, and it’s been a great experience - up until the recent changes. It’s frustrating to still pay the same price, yet receive noticeably fewer benefits: check-in limits are now capped (20 check-ins, not even a training a day?), regardless of having Base, Black, or Epic membership, and the number of studio visits per month has been reduced. The change is supposedly aimed at creating a more sustainable model, but personally, I never had trouble booking classes - so I see little value in continuing my membership under these conditions.
Extremely disappointing. It’s evident Bruce is sacrificing its most active users for financial gain. The system didn’t need balancing for customers; this feels like a greedy move that won’t benefit users.

Higher prices and less classes - Can you please explain the logic behind it? :D
I’ve been using Bruce for a while now, and it has definitely improved my routines with the workouts available. Yes, it’s often hard to get into certain classes since spots for Bruce members are so limited, but I adapted. Now it seems the situation is only getting worse.
I’m struggling to understand the logic behind this new “update,” where the number of classes is reduced while the price goes up. Why should customers have to suffer the consequences of an inefficient business model? Long-term users like me don’t get ANY benefits, yet prices keep rising and the rules get stricter.
Do you really expect people to stay? Soon it will cost nearly 900 DKK for a Black subscription, while some studios will offer only a single class per month. At that point, it’s cheaper and more sensible to just go directly to a studio and buy individual classes.
So what exactly are we left with in this setup? Where’s the value? Instead of cutting options and hiking prices, why not explore smarter solutions?
If you don’t rethink this latest change, I’ll be forced to quit the app. After spending thousands of DKK on Bruce, I refuse to keep supporting a service that only gives me more restrictions in return.

Not Loyal to Customers
They keep changing rules, making it more expensive and annoying to get classes - I am a loyal member and now will have to pay DOUBLE of when i started, its crazy, i suggest going else where, so many of my friends are also super disappointed and we are all thinking to quit
