DO NOT ORDER. Chinese company. Poor quality. I actually laughed when I opened them. Poor sizing and the smell was awful. Just annoyed with myself for falling for the advert.

I ordered some Rachel Sandals and the quality was nothing like in the pictures advertised. Is this even a UK company because it took ages for my order to arrive? Poor quality materials and design not quite the same. Not worth the money. Very plasticy. It looks like they've ripped off the design and tried to replicate but have done a bad job. It is not easy getting a refund. I am still in the process of trying to get a full refund and have been asked to provide photos??? Spanish inquisition! Its advertised as easy to get a refund. Not in my experience so far! Avoid!!!

🙁 Scam website. Quality of goods extremely poor. PLEASE do not waste your money. I honestly thought I was ordering from a British company but that's not the case. My sandals are NOT leather, are the wrong size and are very poorly made. I really hope people read the reviews and take heed.

Bought boots nothing at all like the picture or description. Even the wrong size. Came from China not Bristol.
When I asked for a refund they said post I had to post back to China at my cost.

Complete scam. Also interesting how all the 5 star reviews on here are from NL, these are also fake.
Do not buy from this site.

Ordered a shirt 4 weeks ago, arrived today. Bares absolutely no resemblance to the pictures of the product. Going straight in the bin, no point in trying to send it back to China……definitely not Bristol based.

I was really excited about my 2 pairs of Rachel orthopaedic sandals which turned out to 100% plastic, size 6 when I’d ordered 7, and I’m left with non refundable shoes which stink of Chinese plastic factory’s. Very disappointed but I suppose it was too good to be true.

I wish I could post a photograph of the disgusting item I received. I thought I was buying a linen, green embroidered shirt but actually got a polyester, luminous green and brown printed thing. I was prepared for something pretty awful after only seeing such poor reviews after ordering. I’m not sure why they even bothered to post such a revolting item that bears no resemblance to the product I thought I was getting. I’m really upset but thank goodness it’s the only item I purchased. I paid £30 for something that is only fit for the bin. There are 3 or 4 good reviews which are clearly from the people running the business. Terrible. Shut em down!!!!!!!!! But then they’ll just change their name won’t they? 😢

On the website the sandals are advertised as being made of luxury leather. I bought 3 pairs in tan, black and red. Size 8... When they arrived (much later than promised or expected) I could tell without even opening the plastic that they were made of plastic materials - there is not a single leather element in these sandals! What is more, they look cheaply made, poorly finished, the soles may as well be made of expanding foam for the bubbles in the finish, and the stitching is extremely messy with knots that have been melted into plastic blobs that are sticking out and would cause scratches and blisters to the skin. It looks messy, cheap, and very uncomfortable. The stuffing on the straps is sticking out the sides on all 3 pairs of shoes. There is an awful chemical smell that is noticeable even in their seals bags that is nauseating and smells toxic. I also note that the shoes are NOT size 8s. They are closer to size 7, so even if I wanted to keep them but pay less than I did for them (maybe they are worth £5 each pair, if you bought them from a street market stall) I couldn’t wear them because they are not true to size.

Then on the website it is assured that returns are hassle free. Well that’s a lie. ‘Joy’ of the Customer Care Team is asking for pictures, but the fact that I asked for details of how to send them back ON THE DAY I RECEIVED THEM and that they were bought online so I am meant to be protected as a consumer and ask for a refund without having to give any reasons because I have a right to a cooling off period, fullstop… she/they is making it completely hassle FULL.

I could not hate a company more than I hate Bristol Threads. They are NOT from Bristol. Disgusted by these scammers!!

Total scam. Blouse came from China not from Bristol by royal mail, it looks nothing like the picture. Description was a light cotton blouse, it's made of cheap polyester. I've emailed regarding returns and not heard anything back, no surprise there! I doubt this shop exits in Bristol!

Total scam smell awful like the worst chemicals the colour is orange not tan and they are made of plastic not leather and no response from the returns info address so I’ve registered this as a scam to my payment provider

SCAM! Lengthy wait for delivery. Sandals that arrived are not as advertised. Cheap, plastic and a size too small. Read reviews after I ordered - so knew what to expect. Shoes are as bad as everyone describes! Do not use this company!!

Absolute disgrace. Sandals are NOT leather- breach of trading standards- for which I will report Bristol Threads. Size 5 labelled as size 37 - so no surprise they are too small. Took 2 weeks to get here. Their sandals are on sale at many other retailers for half the price. Never again. I will be asking for a full refund and no cost re returning the sandals. Will also alert Facebook as they are widely advertising and misleading customers.

Shoes look gorgeous in picture. In reality they are plastic. Not close enough to £35 worth, let alone £75 as billed. AVOID!!! Wish I had seen reviews before. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I was wondering why my package was taking so long, but the sweet lady from their customer service told me that they’ve had some issues. After 2 days the package arrived and I’m very happy with my new shoes!!!🥰

I made an order for 2 dresses and 1 pair of shoes. it was exactly what I expected. Amazing quality. Willl buy here again.

I wish there reviews on this company when I was ordering from them! Totally misleading information that it is family business based in Bristol. It is Chinese scammers. I ordered a blouse. It took weeks and weeks for the item to arrive. And finally it is nothing like the one advertised. Cheap polyester, no collar, printed, not embroidered.
Contacted customer service. They asked to send a photo to determine “what is wrong” with the item. I refuse to do so and insist on getting return label. But most probably it will require spending more money on postage to China. Which I will never do. So money down the drain!

Placed order over a week ago but nothing arrived. Emailed 4 times and messaged via Facebook. No reply to any messages. Now going to place a chargeback with my card provider.

This is not a family business in Bristol but some Chinese operation. Certainly not 24 hour delivery as stated.

DONT buy!!! BEWARE!

Update!!!!

They replied immediately I posted this review but instead of cancelling the order and refunding as I requested, they have proceeded to say it has been despatched.....from China!

Have requested a refund 4 times but every email has been ignored. Other people on Facebook are saying they are getting plastic not leather shoes or tops that bear no resemblance to what is purchased and the are asking for chargebacks by their card providers.

Further Update ....

The shoes arrived! Cheap plastic, stinking of chemicals, not the leather advertised and the wrong size. They offered for me to keep them but then want to charge £15 to send the right size. Asked for a refund and a returns label yet again. 24 hours later and they have ignored me so I am going to ask my card provider for a charge back!

My bank have now initiated a charge back and I have been refunded!

Would give zero stars if possible. SCAM company, AVOID..

100% scam - please avoid
Not British family business-fake photos on the website
Goods are coming from China with 2weeks+ lead time
You will receive cheap crap quality goods - not what on photos from the website.
Whish there were any reviews before I bought from them- I can see they are here now and people can see them before wasting their money.
I started return process by sending email but already seen someone review with details provided to send back parcel to China address( probably non existing one) which involve spending more money = wasting more money.
£60 went down the drain:(
So flustraiting that nothing legally is done in this country to prevent scams like this!!!
Sadly this company will more likely close soon and reopen again under different name to scam more people.
