This is to correct the previous email. On the day you placed the order you selected to be subscribe to our premium account which is $9.99 every month. and the very next message is this now opting out to me means NO I DONT WANT THE SERVICE

This is a scam company. They take your money and never give your order to the restaurant. Ending up waiting & paying twice.

I was being charged by this service and ALSO by the restaurant I was getting food from. I also was going to pick the food up myself so no one was "bringing me anything." But they didn't mind popping me with a 4% service fee to call in my food- it was not apparent online that I was not ordering directly from the restaurant;s online menu. I contacted "customer service" which was absolutely worthless and ineffective. Don't ever use these con artists! You'll regret it!

A sneaky way to scam a subscription to a so called delivery service! My husband and I are visiting with friends and offered to treat to a takeout dinner. When we placed a dinner order online with a restaurant we were directed to go through the “bring me that site” and open an account we did not want but it pigeonholed us into signing up in order to get our dinner delivered. When we called the restaurant to look into it they said they have nothing to do with “bring me that” and that we could have ordered directly through the restaurant which we then did. But when we checked our MasterCard we discovered that now we have a $9.95 recurring charge that we immediately called the cc company to refute. Need to get this canceled immediately.

Just discovered I was fraudulently charged a 9.95 fee for the past 11 months. I can’t believe how careless I’ve been to not review my statements sooner. I read older reviews complaining about the same thing. I never signed up for ‘Premium Membership’. I see that the site responds to the reviews. I want my money back, I did not use this service. If this is a credible business, you’ll respond. I “think” I’ve cancelled the monthly fee. I’ll see next month on the 13th, right? I DO NOT want this service and want my money back. "Bring ME That" is a TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT EVER ORDER THROUGH OR USE THEM, OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!

The service is fraudulent. They somehow hijack online restaurant orders, scam your credit card, and sign you up for a "Premium Membership" at $9.95 a month which you never agreed to, or even knew they signed you up for (until you see your unauthorized credit card charge!!!)

Many people discover months later that they are being billed every month and they're basically told "too bad, no refunds".

The restaurants involved DO NOT EVEN KNOW this is happening to their customers. My restaurant told me "they never heard of them and do not use 3'rd part services".

Read the hundreds of reviews stating the same thing! If you contact them, "BringMeThat" responds with total BS that the terms of service are outlined in their FAQ's.

Their standard email reply states "Please also know that BringMeThat is an online food ordering company, not a third party delivery service. Our easy-to-use platform makes ordering from your favorite restaurants more convenient. Unlike ordering over the phone, you'll never be put on hold or get an answering machine and your credit card information is completely secure".

If you review their entire website (after searching for them because you do not ever use their website for ordering) there is no mention anywhere about "opting in" to a "membership or fees". When you question this, "BringMeThat" never answers the question, they cannot point to how or where you "opted in", and they just hope to frustrate you with BS, figuring most people just give up and accept being scammed.

I bounced a dozen emails back and forth with them. These people are crooks and should be in jail for scamming people. They are real dirt bags who will avoid answering direct questions on how you "signed up" for this SCAM SERVICE. They just play stupid, and are generic and vague. Too bad they hide behind a scam website because I'd love to meet these people face to face.

I'll next be filing a complaint with the BBB, and will alert other authorities in hopes of shutting down this SCAM OPERATION.

I'm sure you'll read this "BringMeThat", just like you read and respond with BS to others. I just can't wait to see your total lies in trying to justify being the CON ARTIST people that you are. You all belong in prison.

This is not a delivery service--even though it's called BRING ME THAT. It is an ORDERING SERVICE that ordered the WRONG FOOD from the restaurant we needed delivery from. The restaurant and I had to work out which foods had been incorrectly ordered...which took me all night. I promise you...this was the WORST experience ordering food AND NEVER GETTING IT DELIVERED by the way. I will never ever use them again. I promise you...the worst option ever DO NOT USE!!

Somehow I wound up enrolled in their premium subscription, which neither my wife or I knowingly did. Clearly was tied to some delivery we requested from a local restaurant or some on-line order we placed. Tracking that down is next to impossible. Just got off an on-line chat with their customer service who acknowledged cancellation of the service. Now we wait until next months credit card to see if it really happens.

I don't know any added value of this service. I was charged when I, myself, picked up the food. They take your credit card info, but they don't use it to order. I just don't get it.

Zero ⭐️ I ordered at Cinco de Mayo in La Pine, Oregon. There was no option for delivery and the restaurant had never heard of Bring me that. I initially I was charged for the service which by the way ordered the wrong food. Clearly my receipt said Chile relleno and an enchilada. I got 3 enchiladas instead because the woman who ordered asked for chili verde which they don’t serve. I luckily cancelled any extra stuff on their website immediately and did not get charged for ‘premium’ service. I will however be monitoring my credit card for at least the next year because everything about this service was shady. Don’t use! Don’t use! Don’t use!

The restaurant- Red Farm in NYC - said they never heard of this service and never received our pickup oder. Contacted Amex to block fee charged. Eventually spoke to Bring Me That. They had no formal affiliation with the restaurant but called them to place the order in exchange for a 4.99 fee. Not clearly disclosed and menu they posted was an old one with the old prices and items no longer available. Extremely misleading.

Didn't realize when ordering that I was also charged 9.95 for this service, somehow when I had to put in your email and "join", you get charged. So I paid $25.00 for a wrap sandwich that was only $10.00! Very misleading!! Don't be fooled!

They charge you 4.99 per use even if you just pay at the restaurant. Scam, avoid and just call the restaurant directly.

This place misrepresents it's self as a delivery service and then they still charge you when you have to pick up the food. No thanks! Fk that I chose delivery and had to pick it up and you charged me! Liars!

Great delivery driver and very polite....Food was great!

Food was delicious 😋,generous portions. Only glitch was we ordered BBQ RIBS, but instead got cha siew (BBQ pork). We discovered this only after we got home & unpacked our meal.

Excellent service. Great food. Luke’s lobster and bringmethat are a great combo.

Good was great!! Came in a timely manner..delivery guy was nice as well.
