This company sucks.. can't get delivered goods to my house so I'm STILL TRYING TO CANCEL THIS CRAP..
In the meantime they keep taking my money.
WHAT A RIPOFF!!!

First experience with this company (BringMeThat.com). I searched online for my restaurant. It "looked" like I was at the restaurant site, but when ordering a $4.99 "Service Fee" was added. Then only after ordering and checking out was it disclosed that this was a 3rd party site and that they would email me after placing the order. LIKE I COULD NOT PLACE A TAKEOUT ORDER MYSELF? Then after 10 minutes of no email, I received a call and was told that the prices shown were outdated and the order would be almost 50% extra. So, told them to cancel the order. And, concurrently I received a text saying that the order could not be placed...all the while I was driving to the restaurant. WHAT A CLASSIC WASTE OF TIME!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This place is a scam. They pretend to have a relationship with a restaurant. I put in an order, then when I called the restaurant to check, they mentioned that they have no relationship with them.

This is not an online ordering platform. I was just charged $5 to place an order at a local restaurant...
now they have my credit card information to use as they please. They apparently then use my credit card to sign me up for some kind of subscription service, at $9.99 per month. Not happening.
I've cancelled my credit card, and disputed the $5 charge.
Note: the local restaurant had NO idea about BringMeThat; the restaurant has no agreement with BringMeThat, nor do they endorse the use of it.

This is a scam. We put in an online order and somehow became Premium Members of Bring Me That. Never received an email confirmation, they just started charging my credit card $9.95 per month... for absolutely nothing! Shame on me for not noticing for 10 months, so I'm $100 poorer because of these SCAMMERS!

I placed my order online for pickup, put in my payment information, and went to pick up my food. The food hadn't been paid for, someone had just physically called in the order. I had to go back home to get card to pay with then return to the restaurant. Come home to find out I've been charged $4.99. It literally would have been cheaper to have it delivered, but instead I had to make two trips. They are absolutely deceptive and their entire business model is tricking people.

They charge you $5 to make a call. it's not an ordering online platform or a delivery service or anything it claims to be. Using Bring Me That to order is just $5 for them to make a call on what you've ordered and now they have your credit card information and they default select enrolling in a subscription. Please be wary.

Wish I would have checked the reviews before they stole my money! I am going to get it back through my bank however they are scam artists. Why would google allow this????

Put in our favorite Chinese take-out place in GoogleMaps and saw an order online option which I always use for our local Panera. Didn’t see a $6 “service” fee disclaimer when finalizing the order - fairly certain there was none. When I got to the Chinese place, they said they didn’t have online ordering but did have a call-in order, they read it out loud and two items were wrong. The restaurant advised that they had never heard of BringMeThat and we should just go back to calling our order in ourselves. When I contacted that “service’s” support, they said that order was completed and the service fee would be charged. I told them i’d complain to BBB. I just looked on BBB and every single complaint they have out there has been “solved” which I am sure is only because mistreated customers were tired of fighting them. Eat the $6, BringMeThat!

What a scam!! I talked to my restaurant and they never heard, or NEVER got the order, and told me they never work on line. I was quickly charged from this place with fake prices and services that dont happen!

This company hijacked my restaurant's google listing, inserted an "order online" link (I already have online ordering) and diverted orders to their site. All the while charging my customers incorrect prices, additional fees, and offering incorrect menu items. Absolutely atrocious company with no morals. The collect a "TIP" on their website but do not remit that to my restaurant staff. Not only are the unethical, but I suspect participating in illegal activities. BEWARE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They scammed their way on to our restaurants google page. We are not affiliated with them, but they are taking orders from guests then calling them in. They call the wrong locations, can't speak clearly, 90% of the time the name is wrong, and they have no clue what they are ordering. Then guests show us a confirmation # that means nothing to us. They are messing with reputable business' reputations. Not to mention there is no # to call for support and getting our restaurant off of their site (which we never signed up for to begin with) is impossible.

Had a customer come in today, looking for their order. We had a phone in order for them, that was ready and included more dinners than they wanted. They thought it was a phone ahead service.

12/24/2020 we searched via Google for the restaurant we wanted to carry out from. They have no knowledge of a partnership with BringMeThat. They make me wait for my food, despite the text messages I received saying my order was accepted, in progress. Then after 10 very, very cold minutes I walked back up to their only door where the staff proceeded to ask me to pay again! The entire purpose of me using a website was to pay ahead of time on my phone. Now the customer service team from BringMeThat states that "because the restaurant accepted the payment, nothing has been changed." Um, no. That's not how this works. If I pay for a product or service, I'm expecting to actually receive it. My wife had to scramble to make a meal at home even though our kids were both looking forward to sesame chicken. What awful service all-around. Thankfully my bank will settle what your team is incapable of actually researching.

This is a 3rd Party service that you sometimes just don't even know you are getting involved with. My husband thought he just ordered from a restaurant's website, and added 15% tip when ordering. When he got to the restaurant they said the charge did not include a tip, so he put on $10. Ended up tipping about $18 on a $40 order. Yes, we have done this for outstanding service or "delivery" before, but we did not even know who was billing us what, and cancelled our card when the $10 charge showed up almost a week later. We didn't even have the order delivered, we picked it up, so all they did, unbeknown to us, was place our order. My husband had no idea who "Bring Me That Chicago" was, or why they were billing us for an order in a different state. All of this should be more transparent. I will not use 3rd party services like this intentionally and have advised my husband to be on the lookout.

Scam. Check all of the other reviews - they all say the same or the good ones are submitted by bots. It's the same for the app in the App Store. They do not work with the restaurants, are manipulating Google search results to appear legit.... they also phone in the orders which took an extra 30 minutes on top of the restaurants estimated time... all in all, the service sucks and even more concerning is that I doubt what they're doing is compliant with PCI (Credit Card Processing). I ended up canceling my CC after seeing these reviews.

I tried to place an order for food and was intercepted by this terrible service. The site showed the restaurant at the top of the page to give the impression that it is the restaurant’s mobile app. It wasn’t until the order went through with payment until I realized it was a third party. I got to the restaurant to pick up my order and they didn’t have it. They said they were not affiliated with this service. They also said that they have been having multiple people with the same issue and the order would never get through. I sent an email yesterday asking for a refund and have still not gotten a response. I will never use this service on purpose in the future. I would like a refund ASAP.

Edit: BringMeThat has apparently flagged my post as “not a genuine experience.” If I could add screenshots here to show my order number & correspondence with them I would (I have sent them to TrustPilot to prove my authenticity). I did end up getting a refund— but they tried to lie to me first. It took 3 days and 2 emails to their support team for them to respond to me. They claimed that the order “went through by phone.” However, I know that’s not true because when we got to the restaurant, one of the items we ordered was not available so we had to go to a different restaurant to get that item. The restaurant wouldn’t have accepted an order for an item they didn’t have. I had to show proof of this along with proof of us paying for a whole new order at the restaurant (via credit card statement screenshots) to their support team to receive a refund. If you use their service, prepare to jump through hoops to get your money back and then have your negative review flagged. 😤

Total Rip-off. Tried to order pizza from our regular pizza shop and was directed to this sight. Some how they have us signed up for a recurring charge for what they claim as their monthly service charge. Problem is that nothing was signed up for. We picked the pizza up ourselves, so I paid the charge to have the order called in and now it becomes a monthly charge. When you read the reviews they are doing over and over to people who aren’t aware of signing up for anything. When asked for proof of signing up for this the only thing offered is our original order. You have to message them to cancel the membership. Can’t believe a company is taking advantage of people this way
