They don’t deserve any star for that matter…because it’s all a sham..I waited for the boots for long and when they came ,they were smelling of glue, all squished up, almost plastic
,they are not having a high stretch as was advertised. OOH…I wish I had read the reviews before..What an absolute nightmare ..DONOT BUY FROM THEM .

Do NOT buy from Brilliant Shoes absolute scam ! Advertised as genuine leather wide boots , arrived in squashed up bag not worth the money , tried to return and return was China ! And all they issue you is 15% refund !!! Stay clear of this company!!!!

I really wish I had read these reviews!! Absolutely nothing at all like the boots advertised!! Please do not purchase anything from Brilliant Shoes!! These were a Christmas present to myself and they don't fit, no stretch panel (as advertised), they sent the wrong colour - not that it really matters as the quality is shocking!! Please save your money. They offered a 15% refund or said I'd have to return them at my expense for a full refund!! Arrived squashed in a plastic bag and absolutely stink!! These are only fit for the bin. Please don't buy from them. Complete scammers!

Contacted twice no reply its been over 3 weeks still not recieved my item (boots) when I go to deliever it still says evri are awaiting to receive???

Boots were plastic and crushed up in a bag so very creased. My daughter who has slim legs couldn’t get them on. Company stated it would be more to post back than value of boots. Offered 10% which is an insult

Wow where do I start with this company so a advert for some boots that they was selling for £18.99 which I had been looking for for awhile sure there is someone you can go to or get in touch with for false advertising they look nothing like the pictures or the description after waiting a long time for the boots to arrive they do not fit wrong size sent not sure what the materials that they are made of is I can only describe it as like those plastic padded bags but with out the padded bit and the soles just glued on badley made got in touch with the company and was offered a 20% refund of the price I paid I had to return them at a significant cost to myself they provide me with a address in China which it would cost me more to send them back avoid this company at all costs

Total rip off!! Boots took forever to arrive and were NOTHING like advertised. NOT wide fitting, NO elastic panel, NO chunky sole or small heel. When I complained, told as return postage would be expensive just to keep boots and get 10% of cost of boots back!!! Only fit for the bin as they stink of glue. Stay well clear of this company!!

Fraud company! Advert shows a completely different item and they claim it is a 30 day money back guarantee but do NOT actually warrant this! No free returns for a pair of boots that smell of fish and are NOT what was pictured. Fraud scam!!!!

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Look nothing like the picture, not elasticated at all, a zip half way up that doesn’t work on one of them. The heel is ….. well I don’t know what it is but it’s badly glued in to the material. Where’s the elasticated panel? Where’s the chunky heel and sole? Lesson learned.

I bought a pair of boots which took weeks to arrive (fair enough, they xame from China) but when they arrived they were/are unwearable. The heel seem to be attached by a square of metal which is uncovered on the inside of the boot. On one boot, it was so uneven and sharp that it cut my foot. On complaining that the items were faulty, I got an offer of a 30% refund, and to keep the unwearable footwear. They refused to cover the postage for a return an full refund, despite the items being faulty! It's not as if I just changed my mind. I'm angry with myself for falling for the promise of comfort in their advertisement.

WRONG SIZE sent to me and offered 10% back and return the shoes at my own cost - keep clear of these

I ordered 6.5 wide -- the shoes that arrived are very narrow 8cms( my feet are 11cms
Only option is for very expensive postal return to China --

The mistake is obvious

I am very very disappointed -- the shoes would have been perfect pretty flats for my daughter's wedding. !

The company are in China, so refund is not free as you have to pay postage and packaging. Don’t be fooled by their misadvertising. That said, the shoes I ordered were good.

I ordered a pair of shoes size 38 ‘wide’. When they came I would have been happy with them, but they were size 39. I asked for them to be replaced by the correct size but was told that if you ordered ‘wide’ they sent the next size up. I was not happy about this and but only way to get my money back was by returning the shoes to an address in China at an exorbitant postal charge for which I would be responsible. I’m not happy about this. A shame as the correct size would have been fine.

I ordered a size 5(38) unfortunately they send me a size 6(39). I tried to find my emails to let them know, I had X amount of days to return them (this was over Xmas) so I had to send them back. I did find an email eventually after much searching on their fb site to tell them. I sent them back to address on the front of the packaging. I put a letter inside with reference numbers. Never heard anything. No responses to emails or letter. Someone opened it at the warehouse and must have read it, I’ve lost my money and I’ll never see it again. I won’t buy from this company ever again. As there is no after customer service and no one to contact. I felt frustrated that there was no way of successfully contacting them. 😡
