Ordered sandals, to which they sent a completely different sandal to which I ordered. When I complained, told me to send them back, for which I was expected to pay for return to China.
I gave them the benefit of doubt, as I really wanted original sandals. I ordered the same original sandal again, and when they arrived, yes you guessed it, sent the wrong sandal again. Would not give me a refund for the mistake they had done. Expected me to pay for return to China at my cost.
Do not use this company, they are useless, and customer service is diabolical.

I received my delivery and they were the wrong colour and style, the refund is around £3.00 if you don’t want to spend a fortune of your own money to return them so they have turned out to be very expensive shoes! I’m furious.

Don’t waste your time or money ordering from here. The boots I received were nothing like what I ordered and they wanted me to pay to send them back to China! If I could give zero stars I would.

This company is a scam and I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
They sent me the wrong sandals which were also poorly made and had a dent in them. When I emailed regarding return they kept going back and forth with ridiculous offers of 15%, then 20% refund and demanded I pay the return postage. After 3 emails of complete mockery I decided to cut my losses and tell everyone not to order from this company as their products are not as advertised and they are a scam.

ordered my shoes in February still haven’t received them trying to find ways of getting in touch. There’s no email no contact number so please be careful with this website on Facebook and Instagram. I believe it’s a scam.

If I could give it no stars I would, I received the package but was shocked when I opened it. The boots I ordered looked nothing like in the picture on their website, the were very poor quality and cheaply made with no shape to them. When I contacted the company they said they couldn’t find my purchase so after sending them copies of my purchase and the tracking info they managed to find it. The email I received stated they would only issue a full refund if I sent the boots back however I had to find my own freight as they refused to help. They said they would offer me 15%. I accepted that however these boots are so bad and cheaply made I’ve put them in the bin. Please do not purchase anything from this site as they don’t care about customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!Ordered a pair of boots £19.88 , i wasnt expecting too much for that price, but i was expecting to receive what i ordered . Boots were atrocious quality, plastic , sent screwed in a parcel so they were grossly misshapen , wrong size and they did not zip up much past my ankles ! Very narrow , i have very slim legs ! Supposed to be faux suede... they were not. Complained and requested to send back for a refund, was told had to pay to send them back and refunded £2.98 !!!! Absolute rip off company, be warned. They should be investigated and stopped from trading . Appalling all round .

I received the wrong colour shoes and like many people I’ve since learnt it’s practically impossible to get a refund, or for the company to accept their error and send you the correct product. It’s a drop shipping company that have no control over what gets shipped from China. I made the mistake of taking the reviews on their Facebook ad as genuine. I should have done my research beforehand and saved myself the money.

Do NOT buy from this rip off company with very poor quality shoes . They don’t refund your full money back and make out the decline is gone for this when in fact it was the same day ! Poor poor

Exactly the same as others… didn’t get what I ordered… wish I’d checked here first. DO NOT ORDER.
I just accepted the measly 15% refund as I wasn’t sending them back to China and from the reviews, I knew I wasn’t going to get any more than that.

Worst company I have ever dealt with send you shoes wrong size at a cost of £25.87 then say we will try and do better offer you a part refund of £7.76 you can give the shoes to a family member or post them back to china which will cost you more than the shoes the address on package was London but send them to china in other words you are left out of pocket totally schocking company hope they go burst

My respond for them after they offered 15 percent for fixing their mistake and I get back full refund if I will send the item back on my cost.

Sorry, but i was missunderstand something. 15% of refund is an insult. I oredered the GREEN colour shoes what I could wear with my green dress and I received the NAVY BLUE shoes which I did NOT order. I would like a full refund regarding to the fact the wrong item has been sent and off course I am happy to send the wrongly picked item back on your company cost. Could you please provide me a returns paperwork what I can use for a post?

Less than 1 star but that's not an option! The shoes/boots are dreadful quality and they refused to refund undelivered goods. Dot NOT order anything from this company!

I wish I had looked this company up before I purchased some boots!
I ordered two pairs and when they arrived they were a completely different boot, they told me I had to return at my expense and they would give me 'up to' 10% back!
I asked if they were going to send the correct boots which they have ignored, thought it was too good to be true!

I ordered chunky heeled boots, supposedly stretch for a larger calf. The advert shows stretch, and even a woman putting her arm into them.
They arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Battered, misshaped and cheap in appearance. No stretch whatsoever. Thin material. No electric panel as per the advert, just tough material.
When I tried to cancel my order I got the following refund policy:
We can only refund you a maximum of     15% of the product fee to close this issue（If you keep the package.）
If you want a full refund of the product cost, you must send the package to us according to our return policy, we do not provide postage, please understand.
If a return/exchange is your final decision, please send the item to the return address below.

Currently trying to be a reimbursement from my bank

I ordered a pair of boots . I received a pair of awful boots that do not resemble the ones I bought. I contacted them and they said they cannot refund shippping costs or the item and they give me a discount to keep them or I pay to send them back to china .. I should not pay anything they refuse to refund avoid it’s a scam they do not send what’s on the picture

This is a SCAM . Received an email saying we had not completed the purchase and to try again . Checked with my card supplier and they had already taken the amount and trying to get more. We have now put a complaint into our card supplier and trying to get our money back through them . DO NOT USE !!!

Absolutely rubbish! Avoid at all costs. Won't refund am going to have to try for a chargeback
