Service was great shipping was fast
Service was great shipping was fast. The problem was the batteries don't work. Had the light in the sun for several days and nothing. I'm not upset because I haven't called to see if I can exchange them as I've been so busy. I'll try to get ahold of you sometime next week.

Easy to install and work well for our needs. But filled with water in the first rain storm. Not weathertight.

I love being pleasantly surprised and I was on these lights. Easy to install. Very bright and lit right up. Next will be to see how the last weather wise. But as of right now I am loving them for our Community bulletin board. I will definitely keep this company on my list for future lights.

Got it to work
I do like these lights. Unfortunately the instructions for the app are mostly in Chinese and not very detailed. It took awhile to hear back from customer support about the issues I was having. Once they got back to me, they were really helpful and got me all the information I needed to properly run these lights from the app. It’s really hard to find solar lights that can be turned off and on, happy to have this option!

Hesitant to fix issues
This company is hesitant to fix issues. I was sent a replacement part but received something else for the light. They said they needed the light sent back to have their “engineer” to evaluate it. That was a ridiculous request. I will not be a return customer.
