I ordered this item for my child 6 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived! What’s more, they have the audacity to put up fake 5 star reviews on their website please do not buy from these people even tumu has the exact same guns.

I ordered my grandson gifts the end of October for Christmas STILL NOT ARRIVED no respond from the absolute disgrace of a “company” bunch of thieves more like PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT order anything from this disgusting terrible site you may as well throw your money in the bin I am furious to say the least they are robbers! My grandson was and is so disappointed he was 8 when I ordered he is 9 now I have emailed so many times but no good

Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The product was advertised as seeming to be made in the US, but it arrived in poorly packaged boxes, with some bubble wrap thrown in, and branded in Mandarin. Clearly this is being resold, and I’m not sure what they have to do with this at all.

The package arrived damaged, and it’s been dealing with them since I ordered in late December. My son was super excited about this, but between the weeks apart between communications, and the refusal to acknowledge that I requested a refund long before they offered to replace the broken pieces (they’re also sending 1 part, and there were many broken), this has been a brutal experience. He spent a lot of his Christmas cash on this, and these folks are keeping the money and sending poor quality items.

Do not buy from this site.

Terrible company!
My son spent his money on a gun from Brick arsenal which was 4x more expensive than identical guns we’ve found on other sites. When it arrived the gun had various dent and scratch marks all over it. The quality was cheap and shoddy looking. I contacted brick arsenal expressing I’d like to return it for a refund. After weeks I received an email to ask for photos. I sent them immediately to wait another week for a reply. The last correspondence I had was them advising they would be contacting the courier company they used. This is absolutely no good to me. Their dealings with the courier company is a separate issue to them liaising with me to return the gun and receive a refund.
I have reached out 3 times since to be ignored. Now my son has a damaged gun that he can’t use.
I would avoid this company at all costs. There are much better and cheaper websites out there with guns the same or better for a fraction of the price. I am really disappointed!

This is awful you could buy the same guns from Aliexpress they sell for 50% cheaper I haven't bought from them but I bet the customer service is shit. :)

It is great fun to play with. It gets jammed once in a while but otherwise very fun.

My son loves his new nerf like gun!! He tries to carry it nonstop.

Id like to leave a zero rating but i can not !! Ordered in November for Christmas . . still waiting for a satisfactory response. "The Item kept getting returned to origin in China " . . the customer service team has stopped responding to my refund request . . This company is an absolute disgrace !

Live in Ireland Europe... Order an expensive gun for a Santa gift. Ordered in November, absolutely no way to contact or communicate with this company. But in Late January I had a full refund in my bank account without an explanation 🙃
So I guess that wasn't the worst that could happen.
Lucky I have a child that can handle disappointment.

I'd say there's an issue with out of U.S orders.
I paid extra for the priority post !!

Bought 2 ghost stryker riffles for two 9 yr okd boys for Christmas and they both love the guns. They look great with a nice weight. I was impressed with the quality

Son wanted multiple guns for Christmas and requested for family members and I toborder from this particular site. We did not have any issues with delivery and everyone received orders before the holiday. The issue was with the actual product that I ordered. My son wanted one of the lego gun. There was some instructions but not very clear, also there were several pieces missing. Which resulted in the finish product not being able to work properly. This is very disappointing when your spend so much money. Buyer please beware.

I am so over this company. Ordered early December, spent $260 for my son's Chritmas. Emailed them the week of Christmas - they just replied we are processing please expect Christmas delay. It's now 1/27/25. I have literally tracked daily with the BS 17track information. It was in Houston, TX apparently on the 1/18/25. Yesterday morning is was the same thing. But today (1/27/25) says it delivered 6 days ago. No, no it didn't. Said it transferred to usps once it cleared customs. I get daily mail digest notifications, they don't register anything for me in their system. I have now emailed them again; but I am not hopefully. This company is fraud. There should be a lawsuit filed to get that website down. It's not made in USA. It's not based out of FL. You call their # it just goes to an empty number with a weird voicemail box. I don't have any hopes they'll respond to my email given everyone's responses so I will be filing a claim with my bank. Please parents stay so far away from this website.

This place must be a scam! I ordered 1,5months ago and have not received anything so far. Customer service is non existent! They still claim to be swamped with emails from Christmas sales! Now they claim not to be able to find my address. Don’t buy from them!
