Took my money and never sent my items. Made multiple requests and calls and they will not respond. My son did not get the gifts he was hoping for. Ordered way ahead of time and even knew of two other people who ordered two weeks after me that got their items (same items I ordered.

Awful company. Order placed 25th November and still hasn’t arrived, doesn’t even appear to have been dispatched. Avoid at all costs

I didnt recieve my order in a timely manner. I ordered it on dec 2nd for christmas and received one gun after Christmas and I ordered 3 plus was suppose to recieve 1 free G18 with my purchase. Was told they ran out of products but in reality it was shipping from China and thats why it took so long

I liked it a lot helps me understand how a gun works even if it's not the real thing it's close enough to help me learn

I ordered a toy from this website for a main Christmas present for my son. It stated that the present would be delivered before Christmas. It is now Christmas Eve and no toy has arrived and I now have to work out what lie to make up to my son to try to dampen he disappointment on Christmas day and try ro convince him that Santa IS real. Shameful. Don't lie and advertise you can deliver before Christmas when you can't.
And then you ignore my messages.

I ordered an expensive item from this website , and today I received a cheap item that’s not what I had ordered! There was no invoice or company name on the box , only a lot of Chinese writing ! I am so disappointed and sad as , as a single parent it took me a long time to save up for something for my son to open at Christmas, and as it took so long to arrive , there is no time to try and get the correct item , I have emailed the company but I don’t hold out much joy . Please be careful and avoid this company I wouldn’t want anyone else experiencing this , it’s left me in tears

Delivered straight to door despite heavy rain, box dry.

If I could I would give zero stars! Complete fraud! They stole my sons $127 and he is heartbroken. Never received his product and it has been 2 months! Stay away!

It has been more than a month since I ordered and most of the things haven’t shown
They said they delivered 2 of my rifles but they never showed up this is a terrible waste of my time and I want a refund

Instructions could be clearer for reloading

It is the worst company we have dealt with. I have emailed them 15 times. They answered the first two times, first saying I was wrong, that we had received the correct gun. I sent proof that the one we had bought was more advanced and better. They said they would check with their ware house. Then I never heard back, despite my next 13 emails. The worst company ever! Never ever buy anything from them!

I GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO but the lowest rating is one star.

We ordered products which never turned up.
For two months they promised us that they would return our money.
We have still not seen our $244.
This company is untrustworthy.
They take your money and never send you the product.
They then never refund you the money.

Do NOT use this company.
They lie and cheat and steal your money.

The items finally arrived - unexpectedly - and my son was delighted with them. These are the only guns that he has value on - very realistic and cool.
However, there are problems and delays - so buy early if you are planning on getting for Xmas.

They sell low-quality products and do not respect their own refund policy. Avoid them and don't waste your money.

Bought a replica nerf style gun for my son. The cost being £31 excluding shipping.
Took 10-14 days to arrive as expected because I believed it was coming from America. Package received, from China!
When opened, the item was cheap plastic. Like something you’d buy from a pound shop. Also missing the piece I’d paid extra for. Certainly not worth the £40 paid.
Emailed them straight away to be told sometimes they import from overseas. I’ve sent pictures of the item and requested refund but now seem to be being ignored.

Ik had per ongeluk iets vergeten bij mijn bestelling te doen, mijn bestelling werd geannuleerd en na een dag stond het geld weer terug op de rekening. Vervolgens het juiste besteld en dit is erg snel geleverd! Ik was wat huiverig na een aantal reviews maar Brick Arsenal heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen!

i did some research and i found those blasters on chinese websites for 5euro so...
