Very pleased with my purchase and customer service handled a mis-delivery without question. I had an old address linked to my Google pay account.

After a couple of back and forth emails, I am happy say that the issue has been resolved and the Excellent Customer Service title stands true. I will have Breck & Fox working lights in time for the nice weather.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I purchased two globe lights from Breck & Fox in late summer 2024. These lights were perfect for my covered patio setup, and I took proper care to store them indoors during the winter months, keeping them in my closet.

Unfortunately, upon attempting to charge them for spring use, I've encountered issues. One light only emits a very faint orange glow when plugged in, while the other shows no charging indication at all.

What stands out positively is Breck & Fox's exceptional customer service. They responded to my concerns almost immediately and are actively working with me to resolve the charging issues. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable.

I'm currently rating this 5 stars based on the lights when they are working and the outstanding customer service that I have received thus far and their quick response time. I will update this review with the final resolution and adjust the rating accordingly.

Customer Care is #1! I requested clarification on an item and even way early in the day it was answered almost immediately. I spurred me to buy right away because it is hard to find a company that supports sales. We discovered a minor issue and they were so quick to resolve to my liking that I had to post my thank you. I look forward to the light we bought.

I ordered the portable candle lantern in gold from the suggested ad presented to me on Facebook. The ordered arrived quickly to me in Australia and out of the box this worked well. The item build seems as I would expect and looks like the images on the site. My wife likes the look of it in our home. You tap the ring on the shaft to toggle between 3 brightness settings. Charge with the provided usb cable. The box is no frills and not much documentation but that went straight in the bin for my anyhow so that’s no issue for me. Note that if the led brightness drops off it indicates the unit needs charging. The battery lasts pretty long and I’m overall happy with this item. I had to contact the support team and they answered quickly and were very helpful and friendly. The item is as per the site and gets comments from our visitors when it sits on our table. Would buy again.

I at first thought I'd been sent the wrong order, but the company representative was very prompt to respond to my questions and explain the product to me.
The lamps are beautiful; I bought them as gifts for someone else and now look forward to treating myself to some of their products ... thank you!

Due to a mail strike in Canada my package arrived late which was unavoidable. I love my table lamps!! Packaged extremely well so arrived in perfect condition. The lamps are of very good quality.

I can't say enough positive things about BRECK + FOX. The store offers a fantastic selection of products and great gift options.
One of the items ordered arrived damaged. The customer service staff responded immediately with the tracking code for the replacement.
They made me feel welcomed and valued as a new customer. I will definitely be recommending BRECK + FOX to friends and family!

Breck and Fox customer service is outstanding. I ordered two natural stone candleholders, and the color of the stone was so vastly different that I felt that they wouldn’t look good on the same table. Customer service sent me a new candleholder that matched perfectly the one that I preferred. Their communications were always quick and quite friendly. The candleholders are beautiful, substantial and exactly what is was looking for.

I've looked at the moon light and finally purchased one. It arrived but to my dismay...with no charging cable. I contacted customer service and received a quick response that cords would soon be on their way. The cords arrived quickly and I am now enjoying my wonderful moon light.

My mom got me breck and fox for my birthday and Let me tell you, they're game-changers! My whole patio is a complete vibe now, and all powered by the sun. Everything just charges during the day and auto turns on at night so I never have to think about “setting the vibe”, it just vibes on its own!! Looking forward to summer BBQs!
