I was looking for the digital copy of the textbook "Exceptional Learners An Introduction to Special Education" (15th edition). I found it on Amazon for around $79.99. While I knew I would have to get the textbook for my course, I thought to look around for the book that may be discounted for teachers. I came across brandflymedia selling the digital textbook as a PDF for only $18. I quickly searched to make sure the site was legitimate. I found Trustpilot and read a few reviews that gave me confidence to give it a shot. I purchased the digital book on Sunday, January 28th around 10:20am EST. I received an email saying that I would receive "the book download link immediately if [they] are online, or within 1 to 12 hours of receiving". I received the link to the book around 11:30pm EST and was taken to the site WeTransfer. I was able to quickly download the book and when I opened it up, it was the full text!

I am very satisfied with the website. The customer service was very helpful, sent the file within 2 hours. Purchased the book in pdf format, received the link and was able to download the file without any problems. Recommend this website to other students.

It is my first time to odder books with them, all I can say about their customer service is amazing. By mistake, paid twice for one book and I put wrong mail, I was so frustrated about it and reached out to their customer service with very little hope of getting help. To my surprise, they responded to my email and solved all my problems concerning the books, even though we had difficulties in refunding process as they had technical difficulties, they sent me another book which I needed. All this process been done at night ! They must have very dedicated worker.

Brandfly were great! I had an issue where i purchased an ebook but for some reason 2 orders went through and I was charged twice. They refunded me the extra charge immediately and also delivered my ebook within the hour. Right in time for my exam. Highly recommend.

It took forever to deliver the eBook.
The ebook file needed to be downloaded from WeTransfer, which is a infamous CloudDrive provider.
The download page was full of ads and you had to become a paid member to download the file.

I bought an access code from them on Jan 6th, and they did send me the code.
However my McGraw Hill Virtual Labs got suspended today because the access code was paid by a stolen card.
Seems like they also get involved in financial crime LOL. I already called my bank and police to see what's gonna happen
