I got a PDF book from this company. Everything went fine. A few weeks later I saw the charges in my bank account but forgot this was the website I ordered my books from (IM BEING TOTALLY HONEST, I forgot, it isn’t a charge I usually make.) so I made a dispute on it. I got my money back. I just received an email from this company stating this, verbatim, “You downloaded your Book and dispute us, we will pray, so you get cancer also to fail in your exam, and hear death of your parents in car accident soon , just remember us, when you have cancer and get phone call that one of your parents died and enjoy it.” I would have easily tried to fix this had they approached me in a respectful and professional manner.

Got the book I was looking for at a really good price! Had some issues with payment so sent them an email. They were very quick with the turnaround and sent me the ebook immediately.

Book downloaded with ease, and when I had a question, they got back to me within the hour! Thank you!

Even though I was expecting immediate download of the ebook PDF, when I ran into trouble with my purchase, I emailed customer service before I got the link to my ebook, and they were able to give me a full refund AND a free ebook on them! I appreciated their helpfulness and fast response times!

Their customer service is excellent. They are legitimate. The reading materials they send to you are accurate. I bought a textbook from them and word for word it is accurate. You will receive your download in 12 hrs or less depending on when you make purchase.

The seller said he was gonna send me the file within 12 hours after payment made; however, I've never received it.
Now the shop has removed the listing but has not refunded my money. They were selling what they don't have.

I needed a book for my Microeconomics class and found that they had the cheapest version so of course I bought it. It was a digital copy, but I had trouble with finding it in my email. So I emailed them back for help and within 12 hours they emailed my back and helped me resolve the problem. It’s my first time on this site but costumer service assistance has been very helpful!!

I ordered a textbook for a college course. The book was a 2024 edition after searching for the best deal on the book I came across the brand fly media site. Where I found the original priced $200 book for just $20. Initially, when I ordered the pdf link the sent wasn't working. I sent them an email regarding the issue and it was resolved immediately. I highly recommend it.

I ordered a book over 24 hrs ago and I am still waiting for the download which they said should take less than 12 hours. I emailed them twice with no response. The return policy does not work for me if I don't have the product. The payment was taken out of my account. I wish I could give a -0 star. From my experience I believe they are a SCAM!!

I've ordered from this site a few times, I was hesitant at first as I had never heard of it. But they have cemented me fully asa. loyal customer! I always receive my book within a few hours, it never takes the full 12 and the download process is so easy! I truly appreciate the low prices as I don't want to pay hundreds of dollars for textbooks I will only use once or twice. Recently the site had an issue where it placed my order twice but after emailing the brand, they quickly refunded me and offered me a free ebook as well for the trouble! The entire interaction was less than 18 hours, and it was SO pleasant! I usually dread dealing with customer service but this was so easy and not stressful at all. Customer for life and will be recommending to everyone at my school!

The flood of those fake 5-star-reviews cannot change the truth.
1. The seller claims he is from the US, but actually he is an Indian (by checking the payment gateway);
2. The seller can barely speak English, very very hard to communicate;
3. The seller sometimes uses ChatGPT to make lengthy replies and write those beautiful fake reviews here.
4. The shipping speed is very very long, the seller's time zone is Indian time zone.
5. The cloud drive is very very user-unfriendly.

Pretty simple and book was cheapest I found it. Ordered book and within two hours link came to my email to download the book I needed. I was a little nervous at first if it was a scam or not because I’ve never heard about the website but it is very legit and they sell books cheaper than other websites. I even emailed them cause I couldn’t find the email and they said it should be coming any moment and were very helpful.
