The assistance was thorough, quick and painless. I had spaced adding a fragrance to my order and they were able to add it on before it shipped.

Fast delivery, good products
I live in Iceland, I'm used to shipping taking 1-2 weeks but can go up to a month. Brambleberry were quicker than a company in the UK that I ordered from the day after, it took about 3-4 days, very pleasantly surprised. I ordered some test fragrance oils, they smell wonderful, have not used them because I am yet to buy the full size bottles.
