Absolutely fantastic service. I ordered for a click and collect and they phoned me within 10 minutes to see if I was collecting before their closing time, which was 10 minutes later as they would make sure it was all prepared. Very friendly and helpful would use again and thoroughly recommend

I ordered items over the phone from our local depot. The sales person was really friendly, helpful and patient while we went through the required list and also suggested items that may help as we went along - but in no sense in a pushy way. I explained that there was a restricted access on our high street and a smaller van would be preferable - this was taken on board and acted upon (unlike other companies I have used). The actual delivery was carried out without me being present (I had informed the depot) - I was reminded by email the day before of its arrival and informed by text when it would arrive. When I got back the items (sleepers and posts) were carefully stacked to maintain access exactly where I had asked them to be. Really impressed from start to finish and they will most definitely be my first preference when I need building items next. Thank you Bradfords Verwood - great service.

Paid easily. Yardsmen need training on how to meet customer and explain procedure. Perhaps a collection area, where paperwork is taken and goods are brought there ?

Bradfords Verwood team do a great job. Recently picked up aggregate and post mix, friendly team and easy loading on site. Ordered sleepers for delivery, - delivered on time and no problem at all

Easy to use ordering and payment facilities on website. Friendly customer service by phone from branch confirming date that goods would be delivered. Email received on day of delivery confirming approximate time of delivery and delivery of goods fell well within those timescales. Delivery driver was courteous and placed goods exactly where requested. Overall a very good experience.

I’ve used Bradford’s quite a bit and am generally very happy with service and products. Unfortunately on this occasion l bought 6 fence panels and 3 of them were badly built. The batons on one side were too long by about 6-8mm so the cap didn’t sit flush and left a very apparent large gap. There were also quite a few splits in the top cross pieces around the nails. Should never have past a quick inspection in my opinion. I needed them in a rush so repaired and installed as best as possible anyway. Hopefully just a dodgy batch but it’s a shame.

Very efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Good prices, a comprehensive range of all things to help builders & DIYers alike. A good local resource we should be grateful for.

Friendly, helpful staff. They let me know when my fence panel was late, but gave me a new delivery date which was only a few days later, which they honoured perfectly!

I ordered fence panels to replace wind damaged ones. I was surprised how soon I was promised a delivery. Bradfords delivered when they said they would, and I was impressed by the quality and construction of the panels. The delivery man was very pleasant and carefully stacked the panels, 8 in all, where I wanted them. Well done.

I placed an order on line for some treated timber to repair a fence panel. Bradfords Building Supplies had everything I needed for collection from our local outlet. It took a while for the staff to find my order and there was only one member of staff in the yard so the collection took longer than expected.

Used the click and collect function online, Three days later I finally got a phone call to say my order was ready. I turned up at the local branch to wait over half an hour as the only one sales member of staff available, two other members of staff, walked through the shop laughing about the other Sales member was in a meeting with the manager. When I finally got to the end of the queue I was told that I would have to wait longer as the poor chap on his own wanted to see to the three other shoppers behind me as he needed to log into another system for online orders. The fact I could have traveled to B&Q which is only a 20 minute drive and saved myself 3 days and would have been able to save money as the products I bought were almost twice the price. Lesson learned

Ordered online to pickup locally. The lady on the phone to arrange the pickup was lovely, polite and very friendly. However when at the yard, I didn’t get acknowledged and was grunted at by the chap when asked if he could help. Not very accommodating and customer service is lacking when spending a significant sum on materials so will shop elsewhere next time.
