Pretty good
Other than the fact that the order had not been picked when we arrived to collect it all was fine. There does seem to be an anomaly between what your stock say is available on the computer and what is physically available at the branch. Most of the staff though were courteous and helpful though there was one who could do with some staff relationship training.

Ordered two packs of Rockwool instead of one by mistake. Reece at Moretonhampstead picked this up as a potential error and made contact to check.
His customer service is a credit to Bradfords. Sorted out my order and the credit card refund for my error.
Also - a great price on the product. Reece is a credit to Bradfords and Moretonhampstead branch is a credit to the building trade.

Goods were not available even though…
Goods were not available even though payment was taken. Called the company and told no stock. Asked how I could cancel, they were gonna contact me with a number. Never received a call. Heard nothing since. So no goods and no refund. Very bad service.

Long delivery time.
Unfortunately We had to wait well over one week for delivery and we only live 8 miles from our local Bradfords.
The delivery itself was fine and the products were good.
It was just a shame we had to wait so long.
