Ordered click and collect and paid online. Turned up at Bridport site only to be told one of the items was not in fact in stock after all. Unable to refund me as well.

Impressive delivery.
Went out of their way to ensure the delivery was put up onto our patio. Access is very difficult and they could have opted for the easier option and left it on our car park area. Very impressed as I wasn’t in and they just did it. Has saved me a lot of time. Thank you.

What happened to communication
What happened to communication? You are supposed to notify me when the items are ready for collection. I made my order on Sunday17th at 16.36. I heard nothing from the branch at all on Monday and had to chase customer service at around 4pm. They responded promptly and then the branch phoned at around 4.30pm whereupon I visited the branch immediately. Good stock, good prices, nice staff but no communication!!
