This is my second one it’s value for money

Have been using bowtastic for years, have placed multiple orders for my two girls & spent a reasonable amount of money. This order I have received, I was unhappy with one of the corker bobbles as felt there was a fault to the ribbon. Messaged bowtastic through their website to advise them of the issue & I have just been ignored which is really disappointing. What a shame as feel I have been a loyal regular customer.

I bought hair bands in school colours for a friend’s little girl. I ordered mid afternoon on a Monday and they were delivered on Wednesday morning. Gifted on the same evening to an overjoyed 6 year old. Who loves them. Totally different from high street selection .

I really didn’t want to have to leave a negative review, but unfortunately I feel I have been left with no choice.

I ordered and paid for a parcel from Bowtastic, but I have not received it.

The parcel was delivered by Royal Mail while I was away on holiday and was left on my doorstep. I was away for approximately 5–6 days, meaning the parcel was left unattended and exposed for several days. I did not ask Royal Mail to leave it there or nominate my doorstep as a safe place.

I contacted Bowtastic to explain the situation and hoped they would help resolve it. Unfortunately, despite several emails back and forth, they have refused to provide either a refund or a replacement.

Their response has essentially been that Royal Mail’s tracking shows the parcel as delivered and there is a photograph of it on my doorstep. I understand that this proves Royal Mail left something at the address, but it doesn’t change the fact that I have not received my order and I didn’t ask for it to be left on the doorstep.

I have also been told that if I had CCTV showing the parcel being taken, they could pursue it with Royal Mail. However, I was on holiday and obviously don’t have CCTV footage showing what happened to a parcel while I wasn’t there.

What has been most disappointing is that I feel I have been left to deal with the consequences of their chosen delivery service, rather than Bowtastic taking ownership of the issue and resolving it with Royal Mail themselves, which legally they should be doing.

I have tried to resolve this directly and have been more than reasonable, but I am now left having paid for goods I don’t have, with the company unwilling to offer a refund or replacement.

I genuinely didn’t want to have to post this review, and I held off doing so hoping the matter would be resolved. Unfortunately, that hasn’t happened, so I feel I have no choice but to share my experience.

I’d reconsider buying from them if you’re thinking about this. After reading other reviews I wish I also listened.

So many accessories to choose from such a wide range. Received my order & everything I ordered was just as pictured! They look beautiful in my daughters hair & the bows were perfect for her first day at school!

Easy to order kept up to date with delivery came really fast.
The bows are so cute my daughter loves picking which bow shes going to wear to school each morning.

They are efficient quick and packaging beautiful bows are stunning will be continuing to use this company

Have dealt with this company for 6 years for everytime I need bows,bobbles and Alice bands for my daughter and have always been amazing, delivered packages have always come so presentable in a lovely box with tissue paper and my daughters have always been excited to open it. Excellent service cheap delivery and well worth the price will definitely be using again for the foreseeable 10/10

Have bought from this company many times now bows are really good quality. This box i have gifted half the order the other half i am keeping. They will be added to my Christmas tree decorations , bows picks and baubles.

The best!! I literally havent went anywhere else for my daughters hair stuff since she was 3 and shes now almost 9! The quality and value for money is outstanding. They last for years! I get all my daughters school hair accessories every year and bows for Halloween Christmas Easter and birthdays! I never write reviews but literally had to come find a site to write one because credit where credits due, never had one bad service or sale yet in 6 years, thank you ❤️

Finding hair bows/accessories in the same colour as my daughter’s school was impossible until I came across bowtastic! My order came today and I’m so so happy & pleased with them! Such nice quality! Vibrant colours! I love and this will definitely be a yearly purchase! Thank you!

Bows and bobbles are beautiful, my granddaughter loves them.
I opted for a quicker delivery as we forgot to order early. Bows were delivered the following day, really great service and will defos be ordering again.
