We are very sorry to hear that you haven't recieved your order. We pride ourselves on our customer service and as a small boutique our community is very important to us. We attend numerous festivals throughout the year and on accasion we place a banner at the top of our website explaining that orders taken after a certain point will be delayed, until we return from the festival. Taking a look at your order we can see there may have been an unfortunate cross over of when we placed it up and the time you put your order in. As you can see from our 5 Star overall rating this is not something that usually occurs, and so obviously we want to get this rectified as quickly as possible so will send your order immediately.
