GREAT COMPANY & PRODUCT
Botanicam is a great company which elevates the purchase experience by its presentation and care with the products, nice delivery notes and samples. I have been using Inesscents CBD Salvation Hot Freeze Skin Salve on my lower back religiously for two years. I love the soothing heat. Highly recommend! However it contains cayenne which will stain your clothes so be careful if this is a concern.

Do not get pain relief as I expected

We hate to hear you did not get the relief you expected. This could be for many reasons as every body is different and there is never one product that works for everyone. What we see as well is that if ones endocannabinoid system is not in good shape it can take longer as the cannabinoids will go to where your body needs them most. Perhaps you have hip pain but also have a gut problem, the CBD willl go to the most critical area first. Also, for a depleted endocannabinoid system, it can take time for you system to heal. Every person is different and we hope you will try another form to get the relief you desire but it can take time.

We are so sorry you are having trouble keeping the patches secure! We advise customers to first apply in the evening and keep dry for 6-8 hours so the adhesive can secure. We also advise putting it in an area with thin skin, less hair and not a place that gets lots of friction like a beltline. I will give you a call to suggest area that will help keep the patch secure. Also, we hope you were happy with OUR service and enjoyed the free samples of the other manufacturers we represent, and quick delivery of 3 days.
