Before placing my first order I spoke over the phone with Amy who was quite informative, helpful, and pleasant to speak with. She gave me a code to use to get a discount for being a new customer. I placed my order online, but for some reason the code wouldn't work for me. I called regarding the problem and Amy said she would be happy to refund that discount amount, and she did the same day. My order arrived in just a few days with a couple of samples of other products they sell.
