Extremely frustrating experience. I booked a tour through this third-party site less than 72 hours before the sail date, only to have a major highway accident make it impossible to arrive on time. When I tried to reschedule, I was repeatedly stonewalled by an automated bot with no option to speak to a human or reach anyone by phone. Had I realized this was a third-party booking service rather than the tour operator directly, I never would have used them. Thankfully, the actual tour company was helpful and rectified the situation, but I will never book through this site again. Use caution and book directly with the providers instead.

Very overpriced for a 2 hour tour. No good seats available if you’re not one of the first groups to board. The announcer was great but we got stuck on deck 1 where it was hard to hear. Overall it was fun but waaaay overpriced

Once we found our boarding area (there are multiple boats without obvious signage) we had easy access to restrooms and outdoor bar to purchase beverages. Plenty of seats were on top deck and in covered area. Emily, the guide, was very knowledgeable with a clear voice. The ride was relaxing and the view offered a different perspective than just walking around the city. Worth the cost!!

It was great to be on the water and learning the history of Boston Harbor! It is worth experiencing at least one time in life!

That’s terrible we board at the boat and then the captain of the boat. Tell us that it really wasn’t a good idea for us to go out with our baby. Because it was 4 foot waves, which I thank him for letting us know. But then I returned to the counter and they did not want to refund our tickets so what’s up with that?
