Great but could be better
The only concerns I had with this service were that I had a hard time sharing the estimate and the mobile version of the website was tricky to navigate. Otherwise great experience!

Prices seem adequate and fair
Our estimated repair prices seem to be fair based on the items that were considered for repair. I would have preferred a larger number of items to be considered as needing repair based on the overall inspection, but what there was seemed considerate and fair to market pricing. I was also very pleased with the speed of turn around for our repair quote!

Fair, quick and easy

Punch list returned my estimate within 24 hours as stated. It was very detailed in what cost and repairs would cover. We did research and the cost were in reasonable price. I was looking at purchasing a home and this helped me make a decision.

This is nothing more than a money grab.
First, while I understand there are things that need correcting in any house, the inspection and repair listing I received was ridiculous. The number of tiny items, most of which was still within code is just stupid, $40 for covers on vanity light bulbs on a light bar that doesn't have covers? $61 dollars to replace the chain on a ceiling fan?? But my favorite is the $300 to correct a HV/AC issue that the inspector created. Why do I know this, well because my quarterly HV/AC service inspection was just completed 3 weeks ago and the system was perfect. Did they also steal the face covers off the switches they offer to replace for $20....

Very good experience. The work was quoted accurately and done as expected. I plan to use punchlistusa again in future. The contractor, Lee Hendrix, was polite, checked with me on the expected outcome and made sure I was happy with the results. Quality work done.
