This was the first time I had heard of and was able to use PunchList. The service was terrific. They picked up on every issue noted in our inspection. They even noted items that were recommended.

The information on their report was very useful in making decisions on what, if anything we may ask the seller to rectify and the cost. Knowing the costs also lets us know our potential exposure if items were not remedied before closing.
