Great online 4 week introduction to reset and thrive. Easy to use app. Supportive and friendly coach. Adapted exercise to meet my level and needs and i always hated exercise but this was just the right amount to restart. Supportive and encouraging WhatsApp group. Changes the focus and mindset.

This was an amazing 4 weeks. App easy to use. Support framework excellent with weekly check ins and advice. The Whatsapp group was also brilliant, set up for users and we all supported each other and gave advice. The training sessions are easy to follow and only 15 mins do I often did 2 back to back. Can highly recommend
Reset month long program
I recently completed a month-long free trial of this programme. During the trial, I was set macros and a daily calorie target, along with suggested workouts. Although the programme isn’t suitable for me (I’m quite active and exercise most days, so I found the workouts too easy), it has helped me become more aware of my eating habits and the amount of protein and other nutrients I should be consuming. It’s highlighted that I may not be eating enough! I believe this programme would be great for someone who hasn’t exercised in a while to help them ease back into it. The support provided is excellent, including weekly calls and additional assistance whenever needed. I’ve found everyone I’ve spoken to, to be very friendly and professional.

When it comes to looking after my health its never been a priority however joing this Boost your Body programme that all changed. Natalie and the team were very good, friendly, made me comfortable. I was always encouraged for my efforts. The app with the exercises also makes you keep on track with reminders and accountability. Overall would recommend it. Thanks to Natalie feel like I am on track.

I’ve just completed the 28 day trial , I’m pleased with results as have lost 5lbs , although this app is not tailored for what my requirements were , I would definitely recommend to try as both Holly and Natalie were lovely ladies and always promptly answered any questions I had
Boost your Body
Communication was good, Natalie was always just a message away. I found the app a little confusing to start with, but I'm extremely un-techy! However, within a few days I had it worked out and it's actually very easy to use. I found it really useful to log meals, it gives really good insight into your macros, what you're getting right, and wrong, so it's easy to tweak things to get your nutrition right. Really pleased I signed up.
Great programme
I can fault the programme at all, it seems to work well although personally I have struggled with the exercise element. The support has been amazing and with it tailored for me and my needs, it's been working well so far. Thank you to each member of the team who are very supportive.
Boost your body reset success
I have just completed the Boost Your Body 28 day online reset and have lost half a stone as well as inches from my waist and hips, which I am really pleased with. With the support of Natalie I have been able to achieve the right combination of macros in my diet ,which along with regular exercise has been a great start to losing fat.

Highly recommend. I signed up for the 4 weeks online programme and I completely shocked myself with how much weight and cm I have lost in just 28 days . I never expected to lose what I've lost already in the time .I feel more confident in myself

Much needed boost
I joined BYB to give myself the kick up the backside I needed …… and these ladies really helped me get back on track. Holly was amazing getting all the information she needed from me to give me the correct programme. My once a week check in with Natalie was so helpful too. Natalie helped with exercises and nutrition and her amazing, positive personality. I noticed a change in my body shape, weight and cms in the 28 days. Amazing ladies thank you so much 😊
BYB boost
I joined BYB to bring fitness, motivation and consistency into my life. With the great support of my PT, Natalie and a very supportive group of ladies, the last 28 days has been great! Having set some realistic but daily goals with Natalie, I've already started to notice physical changes, as well as improved energy, glowing skin and improved sleep. I joined Boost on a 4 week free online trial. The set up was extremely easy and I was guided by Holly and Natalie. Natalie set my exercise regime and talked to me about my diet. After four weeks I have seen a real difference in my energy levels and waistline! I would definitely recommend.

I never stuck to any habit when it came to looking after my health. That all changed when I joined Boost your Body programme. Natalie and the team were very good, friendly, made me comfortable. I was always encouraged for my efforts. There was WhatsApp group too where people encouraged and shared positive ideas. I loved being part of this programme and enjoyed every minute.

Very friendly and welcoming. I was definitely not in my comfort zone at all but was made to feel comfortable and reassured by Jane. Really enjoy the classes and starting to feel more confident and fitter with each session!
Fantastic support and content
I have loved every minute of this online app. The online classes have me a reason to get up in the mornings, Wes, the trainer caters for your every need whether you are a beginner or are more advanced. The pre recorded sessions are brilliant if there aren't any online times that suit your day.
Mean plans help with everything you need and were a winner for me. Some delicious meals even my husband enjoyed.
I've lost a total of 7kgs and inches from everywhere over the last 4 months.
I would 100 % recommend to anyone who needs to improve their fitness or to carry on with their journey.
