Really awful service. Impossible to rebook. No telephone number and despite completing three online queries no-one is responding to me. Should not be allowed to function as a business. Absolutely appalling.
Go through Gov.uk to book.

My daughter (17) was caught by this scam. After paying double the going rate you have no confirmation and no date! No telephone number to call and messages are not answered. Low, especially during Covid19 stress!

Wish I had read the reviews first,scamming 17year olds absolutely ridiculous no phone numbers & don't answer emails just so lucky I paid through PayPal this site should be banned

Total scammers. Wish I’d double checked before making a payment, can’t get hold of them for refund. Did not send me an email confirmation, just took my money. Reported to bank

Scam.. Just at the time of Covid 19 when money is low I have just given money away!

Booked this stupidly 2/3/20 to realise minutes later something just not right?
No time or date given which left me suspicious immediately!
I emailed them as THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER Which they replied saying I will receive in 48hrs which of course I didn’t! And never heard from them again!
Getting my refund from my own bank is proving very difficult so I recommend strongly to absolutely positively stay well away from these scammers in Wolverhampton please and avoid the headache I’m having trying to get my money back!!

My daughter was also caught out last night. I have messaged to cancel the transaction but reading the reviews it looks doubtful. It’s such a shame for a 17 year old to get scammed as she paid for it herself - so much for trying to get kids to be independent! Did anyone actually get a test booked with them even if you did not get a refund? The bank would not do anything yet even though the money has not even left my daughters account yet? Just wondered if anyone had had any success or anything positive to say about them.

On the 26th of February i have booked my theory test with the( book theory test today.co.uk)company, however there was one letter missing in my email , till this time i have no test booked for me, the could have called me but they didn't, i launched an enquiry it is not answered, there isn't any contact number of the company and lastly they don't even bother to answer emails. i would like the company to contact as soon as possible and give me full refund if not the case will be reporeted to responsible authorities.

Partner just got scammed!
He was given a booking confirmation, and then told 3 separate times that has name could not be found on their system.
We are currently speaking to our bank in hopes to get our money back.
£45.99 down....and feeling like a mug! :(

Firstly - this compancy charges double the std cost of a theory test, my bad for not realising it is an official site!

They offer a free reset, however they don't respond to your requests of doing so!

Got scammed as well, the number they supply isn’t part of their company so best advice is to go to your bank as quickly as possible on cancel.

Beware of this fraud website.i paid double fees without knowing the facts and they booked test date and centre by their own choice.refund requested but don't know what will happen next.this business should be shutdown and everyone should share about this scam on social media to teach them a lesson.

Wish I'd checked here first, already taken 1 payment and now trying to take additional payments, I have spoken to the fraud hotline with the bank although itll take them upto 7 days to deal with it... why the hell Google keep allowing them to appear at the very top when you search book theory is beyond me. I will get refunded according to the bank but that's not the point.

Be sure to get your card frozen and replaced with a new one if you fall into their trap. You never know if they are going to keep taking funds. They are the lowest of the low. How can they live with themselves.

I wish I had seen this before using this company. They are terrible - no customer service, they havent returned my emails and ended up booking through DVLA and paying again. They should be prosecuted for false advertising and failing to provide the goods promised. Absolute disgrace

Government are failing the public allowing these con people to trade very easy to think you are in the gov.com website as it pops up on Google before the official website shame on the company.

Why can you not cancel your booking?

So annoyed at the fact I never looked at the site carefully as I always do, just wanted to book my theory test quickly and got scammed like everyone else on here. The bank couldn’t stop the transaction as there is an authorisation code. In order to stop it you’d have to get in touch with the company, HA!! A bit difficult when there’s no contact number!! Will not be making this mistake EVER again!!! Really don’t understand how they can get away with it, SCUMBAGS!!!

Just found out I've been ripped of by this company. A theory test us £23 & not the £45.99 I have been charged. Absolutely fuming. Wish I'd known how much the test was before booking for my daughter. This company should be struck off. Total con merchants. Have emailed but not expecting a reply but will keep trying until they do.
