Communication with FHR has been smooth and prompt. They were really helpful after I put in the wrong dates for booking car into airport parking.
Then I lost the booking confirmation and they resent this. Very quick and efficient. I would book with them again

Airline changed the departure time of my flight which had a knock on effect to my original booking with arrival and departure times from the car park. . I emailed the Company explaining the issue and they were able to amend my booking without any drama or additional cost to me. Great service and totally hassle free. Many thanks.

Made a booking, when Aer Lingus cancelled our flight we had to change our arrival time which was out of the grace period, but we were still accommodated. Massively helpful and quick to respond

We have used FHR for many years when needing airport parking. They offer a range of options and prices. We usually opt for meet & greet and are usually pleased with the service. If we have had a problem, with the parking company, FHR are always prompt and very helpful in sorting any issues with the company. Always pleasent and helpful.

We booking parking at Heathrow through FHR, who sub-contracted this out to Allegiance Park and Ride. The service booked was for a shuttle to the terminal. FHR tried to change this to drop of at an underground station. There was hassle to get this corrected. Then when we parked Allegiance tried their best not to take us to the terminal. On return we were told over the phone that they don’t pick up at the terminal. They did after a 50 minute wait. Then taken on a tour around the airport. We just wanted to go home! Have contacted FHR and they are not bothered.
