An impressive and reassuring experience. Being entirely dissatisfied with our existing 26 radiator oil fired system, Paul Churchill provided a fast and competitive quote ( amongst 4 ) to provide a Worcester Danesmore Utility 32/50KW high efficiency condensing boiler, remove existing header tank, install new expansion vessel with pressure gauge and filling loop to seal the system, a full hot and cold flush, install new fire valve, filters and frost thermostat and validate the Worcester 7 year warranty.
On acceptance, the engineer Paul Nash, arrived at 8.30 am 5 days later. He immediately protected all working areas with cling film and proceeded to remove and replace the boiler and all associated pipe work, installing the new expansion vessel and small French drain for the condescend, completing all by 4pm. Very impressive. All discard was removed and the site left unfautingly clean.
Equally impressive is the new adaptive system. The 26 radiators, throughout the house are hot within 20 minutes and there has been no further need to balance or bleed. ‘Feel the difference’
The whole experience has been assuringly hassle free, no worry over deposits, and payment requested upon satisfaction. We have no hesitation in recommending The Boiler Team and both Paul Churchill and Paul Nash.

They were prompt, quick, efficient, clean and polite. Couldn't fault them on anything - including the price. And the new boiler is wonderful - the whole house is warmer. Thank you, Boiler Team. We'll certainly recommend you to anyone considering buying a new boiler.

Have given 5 stars but would give 10 if I could. Moved house and my 1970s boiler was immediately condemned. I found this company through a Facebook advert and the day after I messaged them I had a phone call from Paul to go through what I needed (he was very helpful and friendly) and a quote was sent over very promptly.
A week later a different Paul (engineer Paul) showed up on the agreed date and set to work. It was a big job as I needed the boiler moving upstairs plus lots of pipework needed replacing as it hadn't been changed since the 70s.
He was super polite and very hard working, just got on with the job and nothing was too much trouble.
Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
I just wish they did more than boilers as would love them to do all the renovations in my house!

WOW, Paul Nash arrived at 8.30 on Monday morning and fitted a new Worcester Heatslave 18/25 Oil boiler, and by 4.30pm old boiler gone and new one in place and working.
Paul came back few days later to fit a new flue and checked the system was working ok, which it was.
I would highly recommend this company and thank you Paul for you hard work and professionalism.

Boiler Juice has an excellent team for this part of the world. Paul Churchill, who came to look at my kitchen and give a very competitive quote, was friendly and very helplful. Craig, who actually fitted the Worcester Bosch boiler (and took the old Stanley cooker away) worked heroically: 12 hours a day without a break. He was also tidy.
There was a problem: the first flue from the boiler was too short, leading to fumes venting directly into my bathroom. So Colin came all the way from Wales to my home near Salisbury twice, once to investigate and then to install a new, longer pipe. I have hardly used the heating yet - it is summer - but the hot water is working well.
All in all, I strongly recommend Boiler Team.

I’m so impressed with the process of having a new external boiler. All the preparation in terms of quoting was done by text/email with photos and a couple of chats with Paul Churchill. The online aspect was my only reservation. I took a Navien external boiler. The engineer did a brilliant job in one day. Could not recommend this team enough. Great value quality service.

When our old oil boiler broke down looked around and we were looking around for a company to replace it came across these online and struck gold. Paul rand and arranged to visit showed us several boilers and choices no pressure. Emailed the quotes straight away and when we gave him the go ahead he very quickly arranged the fitting with days.
Colin and his young helper Jack arrived on time and worked solidly for 2days only fueled by tea !
Having been dragged into the 21st century with this new boiler with remote thermostats ( old boiler 19yrs old ) it is brilliant to have it sorted so quickly.
Now when Colin left the boiler cut out- oh here we go I thought - but rang Paul the following morning he sent someone straight out and they then contacted the boiler manufacturer who sent their engineer within hours to get it sorted. Brilliant service so far and highly recommend customer service at its best.
No deposit paid and invoice arrived after a week efficient and peace of mind that everything was sorted before anything was paid for.

I had the Boiler Team in , to replace my boiler , pump, thermostat, programer etc,
That was 14 months ago,
The installation was pain free in a day , the plumber and his apprentice worked hard all day,
They were super clean and tidy,
Before leaving explaining everything we needed to know,
Very happy, first class ,
Here is the best bit, some 14 months later , this Friday night the programer just died blank screen,
I waited till Saturday morning called the customer service number, it was answered by Paul Thomas
He said he would try to find me a new unit and get us up and running again,
I spoke with Paul again on Sunday he said there would be an engineer with us on Monday just after lunch,
Sure enough the guy arrived and replaced the programer a faulty circuit board,
I think that’s pretty good customer service, we are a 3 hour drive from the Boiler Team ,

Highly recommend the boiler team

Went online to find a new boiler, after a week the Boiler Team were the only company to respond, after my initial contact with them a few days later we had a visit from the company to assess our needs.
The whole system was checked and we were given sound and honest advice on what we required, including additional work needed to place new boiler out of the small utility and into the garage which was a request from my wife and I. within a week we had a quote which was similar to a price we were given 3-4 years ago. In this climate that was amazing. We agreed to go ahead and were given a date to install within two weeks. The install was delayed 4 days due to illness, this wasn't a problem for us and we were glad for the communication. On the day of installation the engineer was prompt, friendly and simply cracked on with the work, (Warning you will need to get extra coffee in)
From start to finish I cant fault the quality of service.
There has been a few niggles with the system was very noisy for a while and the heating came on when it shouldn't have, but this was sorted with an email, we had a visit from the Team, our Nest Controller needed resetting and the pump needed a tweak. Superb Professional service putting the customer first and we will continue to use them from now on.....

Colin the fitter was technically good and helpful. Paul Thomas (MD) was exceedingly good and very hands-on, ensuring any issue was resolved to the complete satisfaction of the the customer. Would I go to Boiler Team again? Most certainly! Good luck to them and thanks.

Can't recommend Boiler Team enough. Wow. This is customer service as it should be. From the beginning Paul was very thorough and helpful in his quote for our new boiler. The quote was fair and clear and communication prompt on all occasions. The pre-fitting survey by Paul was again thorough and helpful and then the work, as and when we had agreed. Dai, Andrew and James could not have worked harder. Extremely professional, experts at what they do, so clean and tidy and thorough with a full explanation of how the new system works at the end. Referred by a friend, Mr. Churchill and Mr. Nash of Boiler Team provided me an extremely professional boiler replacement service by a fast on-site inspection, quick quotation listing task details with a reasonable price, patiently explaining the inspection result, on-time arrival on the installation date and a clear bill.

He carried out a 2 man install alone for the majority, due to staff illness, putting in the hours necessary. He worked tirelessly, with humour and charm, and did an excellent job.
