Poor return policy, so stuck with wrong size
The order was placed successfully and arrived promptly, with excellent packaging. All the items were ordered in the same size, and most fit perfectly. However, one item was smaller than the others, even though it had the same size label. Unfortunately, a return is not possible due to the lack of a return policy, which is quite disappointing, as I am now stuck with the item.

As part of our commitment to donating a portion of each sale to charity, our policy does not allow for returns. For this reason, we always recommend checking our size chart or reaching out to us before purchasing if you’re unsure about sizing.
In cases where the items are different styles, such as a sweatshirt and a hoodie, there can be slight variations in fit due to the manufacturer’s specifications, which we disclose in our size chart.
That said, we’d be glad to review this further for you. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch — our team will do their best to assist you.
Over the moon with my print
I was a bit nervous ordering art online, but this was spot on. The colours look just like the photos, the paper feels properly premium, and it arrived in a sturdy tube with no bends. Popped it in a frame and it’s already brightened the room. Friendly updates, no faff. I’ll be back for another.

I recently purchased a Palestine hoodie from BodezArt at a charity event, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The quality and attention to detail are absolutely excellent, you can really see the thought and care that went into the design. The hoodie is not only stylish but also very reasonably priced, especially considering the craftsmanship.
What made the experience even more special was the brother running the stall. He was soft spoken, respectful, and incredibly approachable, you could tell he genuinely cared about both the cause and the customers.
